This motel has a great location. It is situated right in downtown Paradise and not far from Whitefish Point and Tahquamenon Falls. The outside looks well kept. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. A basic room was $90+ with taxes which is high for the area. The so-called continental breakfast was pastries and coffee and nothing else. Walls...

First of all this is a small town near the falls. Nothing is here. AAA approved- room was clean but smelled like my uncle which consists of BO and cologne. Asked the staff for air freshener she let me take the bottle back to room. Window could open which was nice. However, I think I could of reached through the...

Spent two nights here in a room with a bathroom. The room was quite small and basic. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean with a great view. The main reason to stay here is not really for a luxurious room, rather to be near the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel. The foyer is a great meeting room and...

WE needed a place to stay for the Blueberry Festival, and we wanted to stay right on Paradise. The Magnuson was way too expensive, so we booked 3 nights here. I am not going to lie, we were quite apprehensive, because we had stayed here several years back and it was really not good. But we had heard that it...

The hotel was way over priced it had bugs and stains on the sheets and pillow cases and the pillows were yellow and when I reported someone was smoking an illegal substance they was oozing into our room no authorities were called . No apologies and only a 10 dollar refund was issued . Gee thanks for nothing I will...

We only stayed one night but the hotel is clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Comfy rooms, good location. Hot coffee and tea always available in lobby. Continental breakfast is the usual fair. Would stay again.

The hotel may be non-smoking now, but the hallways smelled like it used to have smoking. We got in late and left early, so as a quick place to sleep it was OK, but not much more than that. The breakfast consisted of poor packaged pastries.

We spent and extra $10 for a hot tub room, it was just a jetted tub and the jets looked caked with hard water scum so we did not use it. Otherwise the place was clean. We had to go to the front desk for a hair dryer, they don't keep them in the rooms, which seems odd. They have...

This is a nice clean place with great tasting water! O.K. breakfast in the morning. Could use a little updating but all in all nice a quite. It was warm and comfortable with average pricing. Lots of parking and near the water.

Stayed here for a long weekend of snowmobiling. Staff is extremely friendly, best part about the hotel. As soon as we checked into our room (end of January) the heat was off and our room was freezing!!! Very disappointed. Bed is comfortable, pillows too squishy, and overall the room is just average and outdated. Was also disappointed with the "morning...
