This review states that we stayed here this year but in reality it was last year as they closed early this year. We were sad about that as it it truly the most beautiful campground ever. Big trees full of color in the fall and owners that really care about your visit. I hope that next year they will stay...

We have stayed here three times now as we crisscross the UP this summer. Every stay has been good. The staff is very friendly and accominadating. You will enjoy camping here! For the most part the spaces are big and the wooded setting is nice. WIFI is ok.

Stayed at this KOA for one night - would not want to stay any longer. Camp sites are not well identified. 1 restroom area for several sites. Friend went to use restroom and toilets were backed up and not clean. Next time had to wait a long time just to use the restroom due to a lineup of people. Not...

Came here as it is the only pool in the area. They charge $7 per person for a tiny pool with not enough chairs (only had 8). No outside shower to rinse off in. Would not visit here again not a good value for the $ paid.

AMAZING!!!!!! From the moment of checking in and checking out the staff here is amazing!!!! Mary found out this was my first time ever camping and offered assistance since she could tell I wasn't sure how to make sure things were all setup correctly. A couple staff members followed me to my site, and helped me level, unhook from my...

Recent, (July 2016) trip to Michigan had us stopping for the night in Newberry area. The KOA is right on the highway leading through the area, so its easy to find. Walking distance to a Pizza Hut if you're hungry and don't want to drive. We were staying in a tent. The site we chose was fairly level, had a...

This place is very disappointing. There is a nice pool and friendly staff inside. Beyond that, there is no reason to stay here. The showers and bathrooms are not clean. The cabins are on top of each other, and on top of the road. They advertise that they have WiFi and a game room. The WiFi did not reach our...

This campground is close to the attractions of the area. It has a mixed camping, with RV s, renters and small cabins for rent. I like this concept. We met some awesome tenters, camped next to us. The amenities vary by site. The playground and pool are nicely positioned. They show movies outside on the weekends. The sites are gravel...

The campground itself was quiet and clean, but dirt on our site made it impossible to keep from tracking mud into the RV. There was no gravel or grass anywhere. This place seems to be popular with ATVers. There was no Wifi at all, even with an extender.

The location is great and relatively close to great UP sites such as Pictured Rocks and Tahquamenon Falls. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, there is only one bathroom facility, and while it's not disgusting, could use more attention to cleaning and repair. We stayed in a cabin, which was nice, especially since there was a huge rainstorm that...
