A great welcome from Steve & Mo who made us feel at home. Immaculately clean, lovely and warm on a cold November night, comfy bed and a powerful shower. Everything that you could ask for and topped off with an excellent breakfast in the morning. Amazing value at 55e for the two of us! And slap bang in the middle... More

Stayed with Mo and Steve for 3 nights at the start of our two week tour of the Charente region and one night at the end. So glad we finished our stay here. It was like staying with family. Mo and Steve are great hosts and will leave you alone if that's what you want but there to help with... More

We spent three nights with Mo and Steve and have nothing but praise for their hospitality. They are friendly hosts, the rooms are immaculate, the breakfasts are first class and the cost of the room was very reasonable. Enough said.

Steve and Mo are, beyond a doubt, the best B&B hosts that we have experienced in our years of travelling. We spent 2 nights with them prior to our week cruising the Charente. The location is great, easy walking distance to the boat yard. Steve picked us up at the train station, picked us up at the supermarket with our... More

Steve welcomed our group of 6 to his wonderful home and we immediately relaxed. Mo was away for the week but we were lucky enough to meet her during our visits to Jarnac as we cruised the beautiful Charente river over the next week. What an awesome couple! Mo and Steve your beautiful house you have renovated is a credit... More

What a lovely warm welcome we received from Steve. A typical French house nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.Advice on where to eat, shop and visit was so useful. Rooms were simple but lovely and breakfast comprised of all you could want. I cant think why I would want to have stayed in a hotel - this B & B offered... More

We were made very welcome. The location is perfect for exploring this pretty little town, and our hosts gave good guidance on local restaurants. The accommodation itself was very comfortable, with lots of nice homely touches.

We have stayed at Enchantee several times in the last two years and can only endorse the superlatives from the other reviews. A friendly welcome from Mo and Steve is matched with clean and comfortable rooms. Great value too. What's not to like?!

My wife and I and our two friends have just returned to England after having spent 4 nights at the Enchantee guest house in Jarnac, France. The welcome began when we arrived and continued throughout our break. Mo and Steve , our hosts, could not have been more helpful. They were our life savers when we were unable to find... More
