We are a family of 4,kids aged 9 and 12,and stayed in a family room with bunks on the ground floor, comfy bed and lovely decor. Husband and 9 yr old did the morning cookery school which they really enjoyed, finishing off by consuming all the goodies wil local rose wine(not the 9 yr old!!) We ate 2 nights in the delightful... This place has created a rod for its own back, given the almost universally gushing reviews on this site. So we arrived for a four-night stay with some pretty high expectations. I have to say we weren't disappointed. We had a very nice stay. Le Chevrefeuille is an attractive collection of buildings and gardens which have been adapted to the... More

We have visited Le Chevrefeuille a number of times over the years, and this trip was the same as all the others, excellent! Ian and Sara are wonderful hosts, and their children are a delight. The accommodation is of a very high standard, and the food, both the breakfasts and Ian's wonderful dinners, is delicious. We would highly recommend it... More

Quiet, relaxing, classic country B&B. Excellent hosts who gave us many suggestions for places to eat and sights to see. Perfect place for our exploration of the area. Lovely area to walk and explore the countryside from the B&B. Highly recommended!

This was so much fun and informative. Went to farmers market to choose ingredients for wonderful meal. Beautiful setting in the French countryside. Ian was a great instructor, and Sara a great hostess! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves to cook.

I chose the stay at Chevrefeuille, because I wanted to take the cookery course they offer. The visit turned out to be wonderful in many ways. The location is in a very beautiful and picturesque region. Sara Fisk provides excellent suggestions on where to go and where to eat. Major sights like Font de Gaume are near-by. Chevrefeuille offers many... More

We had a fabulous stay here. The owners couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our children didn't want to leave - they had such fun with the toys, animals and other children. It is a beautiful and relaxing setting. They have thought of everything a family with young children might need. We want to return and would strongly recommend... More

What a wonderful discovery, a beautiful property in a wonderful location with enthusiastic, helpful and friendly proprietors that are only too keen to ensure you have a great stay but respectful of your privacy. Ian and Sarah run this smart superior B & B in a French style, relaxed but efficient and are enthusiastic proprietors of everything that is good... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of September. We selected this particular place because the owner was able to secure advance tickets to an English tour at the Font de Gaume Cave, nearby. This was a much anticipated excursion for us so we were quite excited about it. However, my husband and I agree... More

We stayed in the Grapevine self catering apartment. It was well furnished with rustic decor that is suited to the building and everything that we needed was there (including a cork screw). The beds are comfortable with a low lying rustic beam through both bedrooms upstairs (very grateful for the ceiling fans). Through the back door is a terrace, which... More
