From reservation on the people were very sincere - during the whole vacation, everyone did the best to make a comfort and cosy residence. The hotel is historical and the interiour matches with lovely details and décor. If you like, you can have brilliant massages from Monsieur Martin (Shiatsu, Ayurveda and more). It's a very animal friendly house, which we...

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. We like it a lot. XVI century building with lots of character and nicely decorated . Super friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Rooms (at least ours) on the small size.

The outside of this hotel is lovely and all inside have an atmosphere of old days. The breakfast is really nice and the service is perfect. If you like dogs it´s more, they have 2 very friendly dogs. Turckheim is a special place , a small town with a lot of buildings from about 15th Century and is still surrounded...

We took the room on the first floor for 99 euro excluding tax and breakfast. The lounge felt like a big living room with a nice atmosphere. It was nice and warm and there are several couches and chairs. The staff is friendly and we will certainly come back again

Great little hotel, A lot of history there. It was an Inn of sort already in the mid 1300. It now just an hotel, it had a great restaurant where my parents used to take me in the 60's. The current owners are the descendant of the same family. Rooms are clean, some a little dark due to the age...

This hotel at Turchkeim is very old and very well concervated. The standart rooms are very smal, I will prefer a bigger room for my nezt reservation. Similing staff and bar open until 11:00PM to try local wines

We began and ended our hiking trip in Alsace at the Duex Clefs. This is a classic Alsatian inn. both of our rooms were very comfortable. However, because of the architecture, tall guests have to beware the timber beams in the low ceilings. There's a charming courtyard that is perfect for a glass of wine on a warm day. The...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel because I fell in love with the pictures and architectural detail of the beautiful hotel in the sweet village of Turckheim. It is a quiet spot to rest in old world charm. I loved the old windows and wood trim. I marvel at the craftsmanship of hinges and latches that work after...

Beautiful traditional house in the old town of Turckheim. Nice and helpful staff. Lovely rooms and comfy lobby. Improvement points: - tell the guests upon arrival that they should reserve a table in a restaurant in Turckheim if they are planning on having dinner there. All the places were fully booked in our case and we couldn't find a place...
