The hotel sits with vineyards surrounding it. It's a very short walk to Ribeauvillé, which is a fantastic medieval village, with lots of restaurants and shopping. And don't miss Riquewihr, another medieval walled town just south of the hotel. The hotel rooms are modern, and there is a great sauna, jacuzzi room for guests usage. We paid extra for the...

The hotel is well located in relation to the city. The hotel is worn. The cleaning is satisfactory. Breakfast (12 €) is very limited in selection and are too low standard and therefore costs too much. The hotel standard is no better than a good hostel but expensive. Can only be recommended for a single night.

Dear guest, thank you for leaving your comment on Tripadvisor. It is a shame that you have found our hotel this way. We work every day to improve our service and we are taking good care that everything works in the room and in the common area. I have had the pleasure of staying here twice. The first time was when I was looking for somewhere cheap. This hotel was one of the cheapest in a very touristy town. It was a most pleasant stay. The next year, I was cycling through Alsace again and had no hesitation in staying there again. Ribeauville is well situated for...

Booked here for our last minute trip to Alsace. Easy to find and in s good location. The room is small and dated but it serves it's purpose. The checkin was simple and quick and friendly. Everything you need for s stay is here but if you plan to spend all your time in the room, you'll be disappointed. Overall...

Clean and little bit outdated hotel, next to a road. We always have a window open and sometimes the road was annoying. But the good thing, it's just a short walk to the lovely village and the hotel has a big parking place. Bathroom clean, the bed was nice and firm. Staff is very freindly and will help you in...

This hotel is just wonderful. The owner is a Colombian great guy that makes you feel at home. The facilities are beautiful and rooms are very confortable. One of the most positive issues is that the hotel is at the "rue the vine" which allow you to move easily on the Region.

Situated a 5 minute walk outside of the village, this is a slightly austere, but most welcoming Hotel. If you can ignore the pretty diabolical wifi, everything else was very good and the hotel is to be recommended. Both the manager and the owner were more than helpful and assisted us in every way. Great location, good facilities ..... Recommended!

The room was average, -but the friendliness of the staff was welcoming after a day on the road. We asked for ice to cool down a bottle of wine, and we were met by a broad smile - and a bucket with ice. Drawback with the room - no air condition system, and air temperature of 35 deg.C Our room...

All of the staff were extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is on the edge of town on the wine route with vines all around you. There are two places to taste within a few minutes walk and it's about 10 mins to walk into the town. The room was typical of a 3 star hotel...

This is a clean, modern hotel with many attractive features. The location is excellent, just a short walk into town and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We used Ribeauville as a base for hiking over four days, so we were not in our room much. We appreciated the large, free parking area. When we arrived they were picking the...
