Absolutely lovely, great rural location amid beautiful countryside. Hotel spa is a good size with a decent pool, sauna and sun deck which has beautiful views across the countryside. The hotel restaurant across the road serves delicious food too! Make sure you book a table as it gets busy!! Great staff, very helpful, especially with the language barrier (our fault... More

Room Generally well appointed and quiet room with balcony overlooking vineyards and Rhine valley. However, this was by far the most expensive of 4 hotels used during our holiday, and it didn't even have a room safe. When I enquired at Reception, they confirmed there was indeed no safe but did not offer any such facility at reception. Evening Meal... More

We were a group of Wine Lovers, and we stayed at the Arnold for 5 nights in June while we made visits to Strasbourg, Colmar and all the pretty parts of the Alsace region. We visited two small producers and two important cooperatives. The contrast gave us a great insight into the wines of the region! The Hotel was first... More

We were a party of 47 on a wine tasting trip to France, and stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms were lovely, the views simply magnificent - vines and hills - and the beds firm but comfortable. Breakfast content was excellent each day, although the staff had trouble keeping up with the consumption by 47 people. Larger bowls for... More

We spent five nights at the Arnold in March carrying out a recce for a group wine trip in June. This was to be our choice for the bulk of the group's stay! I studied the trip advisor reports in order to find this hotel. Itterswiller is a delightful little hamlet or small village and the Hotel Arnold is on... More

We dined in the restaurant, which was as good as ever. I was shown around the hotel, which was excellent for a three star hotel. The rooms I saw were spacious and had excellent views. The Spa was also excellent, with a moderate sized pool, but well worth a visit.

We stayed one night in Hotel Arnold for a stop over on our way to Italy. The hotel surprised us in a positive way: nicely situated in a small village, with a view over the vineyards. The room was not big, but very functional and comfortable. In the evening, we had dinner in the restaurant across the street, which was... More

We were thrilled to discover this hotel after looking at a room at a nearby town. Unlike the motel feeling of another room we saw which included a plastic pool out the window, Hotel Arnold's view is of verdant vineyards and the charming town. Room was perfect Clean, sophisticated with a state of the art bathroom so you have best... More

Very nice room with a very nice view over the area. Decent bed, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. All in all a good experience. Thea area is scattered with little towns like this but the hotel is one to think about staying.

We arrived here in the afternoon very tired after long drive. This little hotel we appreciated soo much. Located in Alsace Ittersw iller in the middle of the wine yards in a small village. The hotel is so pretty and we felt spoilt here. The breakfast was perfect too. We will come back to this place several times!
