I chose the Green Park Hotel for its location: by Dutch Bay beachfront, close proxity to town, away from the more touristy Nilaveli beach area. I had a really good 4 nights at the Green Park in a big double bedroom with air conditioning, fan, TV, fridge and big bathroom on the top 3rd floor. The bathroom had good natural...

We had to stay at the green park as the hotel we were staying at double booked us. The beds were rock hard and covered in stains. We also got the opportunity to share the room with cockroaches! The shower was luke warm and toilet had stains on it.... The Hallway lights meant that the room was lit all night...

The room was very basic and so was the toilet. The saff was excellent and very helpful. We were given a long extension which no other hotel would give. The restaurant was okay but the service was a bit slow. The choice of food was not bad. There was no power for around 6 hours and this is the only hotel...

We popped in here for breakfast as our neighbouring guest house didn't offer any food. While it was a little shabby and dark inside, the staff were lovely and quite efficient, and we enjoyed a very decent Indian breakfast spread for 500pp. We had a good food before strolling off along the beach to explore the fort. Recommended for a...

We enter the place and a couple of tourists are just leaving after a meal with sour faces. Didnt think much of it then. The place has a loveless atmosphere. The sinks are located next to the dining tables. And the food... Its our first day in Trinco and we hope we won't be sick for the rest of the...

Checked in 10am with intention of staying 1 night. Tried to charge an exorbitant rate, despite being off season and them admitting I was their only guest. After agreeing on 3000rupees, I took my bag to my room. A little after 11am, I informed reception that unfortunately I would need to head back to Colombo that afternoon, and probably wouldn't...

The Indian / Sri Lankan food was very good. Took about 45 mins to get it though and they don't serve alcohol. Even the atmosphere is a little odd I would highly recommend the place for the good food only.

I stayed there for business. Basic fasciitis. There is the beach behind the hotel. It is calm place for short relax. The restaurant was very busy. It is popular almond Sri Lankan people and family. The taste should be good. The variety of menu for dinner. But it takes time to get meals...wait with wifi free.

We needed accommodation in the teincomalee area because we arrived one day early and this was the only one our tour fuide could find. The room was clean with working a/c. We were theee guests in a double + extra bed and the third towel was missing and never arrived although we asked for it several times. Wifi only in...

This is a government hotel which I came to know only after staying there. Bit off the town facing Trinco beach (Dutch Bay) – the popular beach in Trico is Upuveli and Nilaveli but this one was also not bad, probably lacks maintenance and cleanliness. The room was good with AC, TV, Fridge and working desk/chair. The beds were comfortable...
