A beautiful rest house nice view there are eight rooms we went to Trincomalee and we stayed on this hotel the the owner and his wife is very kind you all can go there less than five minutes to go to nilaveli beach nice place enjoy
Two mintues from the beach. Big room nice garden. Great breakfast. We took the room without AC and the fans we got did the job. The price for this room was great value. Also the owners was very nice and helpfull. We used the laundry service which was just fine as well
We had a great stay in hotel sea shadow. Near by the beach very kind people. Very helpfull. Breakfast was great espasialie the sri lanka s breakfast. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good.
The rooms here are very basic. Tiled rooms with two single beds, a shower room and mosquito nets. There is aircon in the rooms, but you have to pay extra for it to be turned on. There is no hot water. The bedding and towels were both very tired and worn. The beds were also quite short, so if you are tall (6ft or more) don't stay here! That being said, it is not expensive, and very close to the beach. The family are very kind and helpful, and will do everything they can to ensure you have what you need. I would say this is perfect for people travelling on a budget.
We had the last room and it was the only one without aircon (which can be hot) but I loved our stay at Sea Shadow. Probably because every day he had 4 cold Lion beers waiting for us. Or maybe because he picked us up is his tuktuk when any rain was coming or maybe because he would help you with anything.......... What a man!!
