Maricris and Tony were great hosts. Friendly, polite and helpful. They truly do sooo much to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Bugs in the room? Never fear, Maricris sprayed my room promptly. No tea bags? No problem, tea bags available later that day. Need supplies? Tony offered to drive me to the store. On my final...

It's a 104 year-old house that would really take you back in time. Their rooms are spacious with four post beds with kulambos. You can also explore the other parts of the house which are beautifully decorated. The people are very accommodating and nice. You have a choice of either longganisa or bangus for breakfast, which were both delicious and...

The heritage house is near calle crisologo which is in the Vigan heritage village. A spanish old house that has great rooms, a living room and dining area with antiques. Photographs of the clan lined up the walls including Tom Cruise who stayed there in 1989. I also love the architecture of the house

Villa Angela is one of the few remaining heritage houses in Vigan.we were fortunate to be able to book a reservation here during our visit. The place was full of history. Creepy in the sense that the house has been maintained to its original structure. Doors, fixtures and all its rooms were old.

I have always wanted to visit Vigan and I decided that if I will visit with my hubby it will be an authentic old filipino experience. I made sure that our accommodation in Vigan will give us a nostalgic experience and Villa Angela Heritage House did not disappoint. Its like walking into a museum and being drawn back in time....

A charming 19th century Vigan house transformed into a small scale hotel. It was perfect for a group like ours (6 adults and 1 toddler) and also for us looking for something different than your typical hotel. We stayed at the cuarto de los hijos which has the veranda. AC was more than sufficient but wifi around that room was...

The location is so near Calle Crisologo, where we had a night life. We had Vigan tour and Pagudpud Tour, which was handled by the staff so well. Plus, they are so hospitable. Above all, it's pet friendly!!

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Being a rich depository of the family's relics and memorabilia acquired through the years, Villa Angela remains a showcase of the family's past and present standing in the Vigan community. The upper floor has been continuously maintained to be as elegant as it was over 100 years ago. The rooms are filled with antique furniture seen only in big colonial houses. There are four family rooms, equipped with airconditioning, cable TV, large four-poster colonial beds, and T/B. On the lower floor, what were once storage areas for the family's farm produce of rice, corn, maguey, and tobacco have been converted into two cozy dormitory-style rooms which can accommodate larger groups, between 10-12 people each, equipped with airconditioning, cable TV, and toilet/shower facilities. Rates vary for the family rooms, from P1,700 to 3,000 per room per night (regular rates). ... more   less
