A no-frills budget type hotel for business travellers looking to spend a night or 2 in Biratnagar. Room was decent and all amenities provided, though the A/C could have been better. I guess this is down to the frequent power cuts that the city experiences (the hotel has a back-up DG set, to be fair to them). Food was an issue, specially the Indian dishes. Overall, at 1350/- (INR) per night for a standard A/C double room, who were we to complain? However, some things might make the hotel an even better place to stay - like providing a waste-bin in the toilets and an automatic shoe-shining machine in the lobby.
I was here one night on business from the UK. The best thing about the hotel was the very friendly reception. Air conditioning worked. Bed clothes and bathroom were clean. Soap shampoo and towel provided. Kitchen did good indian food. Downside was very shabby dirty carpet. No hot water from the shower. Seemed to be cable tv but couldnt get the tv working. There is no double glazing so the noisy party nearby was loud until 11 pm but mercifully that stopped on the dot of 11. After that able to sleep. This hotel seems a little overrated to me on Tripadvisor for what it delivers but its ok.
Staffs are very helpful and food is good. Had good time there. Location is perfect for going around Biratnager. Road are little bit bumpy to ge there but located in quite place. Clean room. Try Biryani it is the best i ever had, loved it.
I have stayed in their hotel and found good and within a budget. Neat and clean good service. Having all the facilities like food from their own restaurant and laundry service and free WiFi service. It is very near to the Bus Stand and Local Cab stand and directly connected by road Kathmandu, Birgunj and major places in Nepal Yogbani, Bihar and Pani Tanki, West bengal of India.
It is wonderful to see a welcoming face 😀 in a new place and the service is nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall a decent place to stay if you are around. 👍 👍 👍. Staffs are friendly and always smiling.
