Very nice place with a so beautiful view!! The rooms are very comfortable with bathroom and hot shower! People works here is nice and friendly. Two yoga class by day. Good progression. A lot of time to relax between each activitie. You can have massage and sauna. I recommande this place to enjoy after some trekking for example! :)

After 10 days of trekking we spent 4 great relaxing and energyzing days with "Nepal Yoga Retreat". It was a great time! The atmosphere is very good: Great views from location, good and clean rooms, a very good/various food, kind service. And great yoga-classes from master Dr. Chintamani! Full recommendation for this location!

We were looking forward to the promise of the retreats website however were greatly disappointed. The yoga materialized, class started over an hour late each time. Meditation, chanting and spa options never materialized. If you're looking for a zen yoga experience, the setting is perfect but the instruction is skilled, however stimulating rather than zen. And the spa/retreat was significantly...

If you're into your yoga and are after a relaxing weekend, then why not fly to Nepal to part take in a yoga retreat. Whilst there are many to choose from, I can recommend Nepal Yoga Retreat for many reasons. Firstly, the staff/family welcome you into their homes and do the utmost to make you feel comfortable and are very...

Completed YTT 200 hours in January 2017 and absolutely loved it. Dr.Chintamani is well qualified and helped me to broaden my knowledge about classical yoga practice. Most important thing I learnt there was yog is not only about Asana and there is a much more in-depth meaning to it. It was truly an eye opener. My group consisted of 16...

I ve done 2-4 hours of yoga a day. I ve eaten vegetarian (nicely made, but full of carbs(bread, legumes)), no alcohol, no sugar, no chocolate. All possible cleanses...

It took me a while to find a place where I wanted to do my yoga teacher training course; first, I was looking in India, but all the places had at least 30 participants, so I started looking up retreats in Nepal, the actual birth place of Yoga. Nepal Yoga Retreat in the Kathmandu Valley caught my eye and I...

Really nice centre, really lovely food, fantastic yoga and pranayama. I think this is a place to go if you are doing the yoga teacher training. However if you are doing a short stay, be aware its not exactly what it says on the website. I arrived at 10.30 am only to discover all the other students (teacher training )...

I did the 200-hour yoga teacher training course and I loved this amazing and intense experience. It is for you if you're looking for an authentic way to start or continue your yoga journey. It is what you make of it in the end.

I really cannot recommend this place enough! I went on a retreat for 1 week, it was amazing from day 1, the retreat itself is set in beautiful peaceful surroundings about 1 hour from Kathmandu, although the rooms are pretty basic you have everything you need and if you haven't just ask, it is perfect place to unwind and relax....
