This hotel is located 5-minute-away walk from one of the main entrances into the old city. Just a few corners and you will be in the old town.

The hotel offered us a very big room (it had three beds in it) with some complimentary snacks (cookis, fruit and water). The bathroom was also ok, but a bit old-fashioned.

The staff is friendly and they explained everything about the hotel (accomodation and location) when we arrived. The breakfast is varied, but you have to choose what you want to have from a list.

A quiet hotel full of character within walking distance of the centre of Bhaktapur. Service was great with food to suit all tastes at a very reasonable cost. The room was lovely with plenty of space. My only criticism was the WiFi connection was temperamental.

This is a very nice hotel. Apparently the owner had gathered gathered authentic woodwork and stone work and made a very architecturally beautiful building. It was well decorated with nice nice art throughout.. The beds were comfortable, and the room was nicely appointed. It had good hot water if you waited a couple minutes. They were very pleasant grounds and it was quiet. It is just outside of the World Heritage part of the city, which was easy to walk to. Some of the rooms had beautiful sunset views, it's especially if you were higher up in the hotel.
The food was good. There were plenty of choices for the breakfast. There was no elevator and fairly steep stairs.
It's a nice place to stay in Bhaktapur.

Beautiful place. It made me feel very welcome to Nepal, as this was my first time here. The staff was extremely helpful and even offered to make me noodles when all of the restaurants were closed. Very nice. Comfy beds too!

Booked 3 nights at this hotel. Deluxe room on the first floor.
Sockets do not work, a light in the ceiling, a lamp, dark room, the curtains are not blackout, the windows let in all the noise from outside, a dog has been barking under the window for hours... the noise of the generator which a takes over during power outages. We also hear all the noises in the hallway.
I don't understand the very positive reviews for this hotel. Of course, we are in Nepal, and nothing is simple. But given the reviews, we did not expect to spend 3 nights in these more than deplorable conditions for the end of our stay and we would have liked to have more objective opinions which would have allowed us to choose another hotel.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The building is fairly new but they used lots of lovely traditional features and materials that give it great character. The staff was absolutely great without exception, probably the best staff experience I've had at a hotel. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is located 2 or 3 blocks from entrances to the old city. We'd highly recommend the Hotel Heratage!

We stayed at this hotel as a couple visiting friends for around two weeks. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help. Room was very clean, quite spacious, plentiful hot water and heating in the room for when it was chilly. Food was very good - we ate local dishes when we ate dinner at the hotel, well cooked, great presentation and very tasty. Breakfast was excellent, some days a buffet and some days a choice of menu. My favourite was the Asian breakfast from the choice menu. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to visit again in 2023 and I’d love to stay here again. Very reasonable rates and good location for walking to sightsee in Bhaktapur.

We had a big room but the shower leaked massively, staff were rather cold and unfriendly which is unusual in Nepal . Restaurant was okay but I ordered Nani Goreng and it was spicier than any version I have had in Malaysian restaurants . I mentioned this and was told that it was a spicy dish. It got left uneaten . It was okay here but I would not come back

Beautiful heritage-style hotel, with warm and gracious staff. Easy walk to local sites. Excellent experience. Delicious breakfast buffet, as well as dinner menu. The separate bar and the outdoor patios were also well designed and comfortable, making the hotel a nice place to relax and hang out when we needed a break from the lively streets.
