Jaz Almaza Beach Resort, nestled along Almaza Bay, garners appreciation for its immaculate cleanliness and spacious rooms, a testament to its well-kept grounds and pristine beach waters. Although the resort's exclusivity and cost-cutting measures have raised some eyebrows, particularly among non-Italian guests, many visitors laud the friendly and attentive staff. The hotel boasts a range of praised amenities, including beautiful beaches and delectable dining options, though there are occasional issues with WiFi and the necessity of booking spa treatments in advance.

The crystal clear sea and the incredible El Nafora & beach bar staff made this holiday unforgettable! I’ve never seen water this clear, and together with the white sandy beach the views were honestly out of this world :) After getting breakfast (the guy who makes omelettes is the best!) we would spend our days at the beach (shoutout to Mahmoud and Elsayed from the beach bar who made us smile every day!).

Each evening, we would always go to El Nafora Bar where Amir, Omar, Mahmoud and Ahmed would make sure that we’ve had an amazing time :) We’ve had the best laughs, drinks and overall great memories in that place. We miss them so much already!

We’d love to come back to Jaz Almaza to enjoy the sea & spend more time in El Nafora! Thank you for this holiday ❤️

Let's start by saying that the sea is something crazy! From colors to water temperature! The beach is super well looked after even if as usual there are geniuses who, despite there being rubbish containers every 2 metres, persist in throwing rubbish around!
The structure is well laid out, everything is very comfortable and easy to reach!
Cleanliness is tangible everywhere, from the rooms (very spacious) to the common areas such as bars and restaurants! I had the opportunity to use the gym (there was nothing missing) and as soon as I finished using a mat or piece of equipment, a staff member would immediately come to clean it!
It makes me smile when I read that the towels weren't changed... even though it can happen, it was enough to point it out and the staff would fly over to bring them! Then again, I would like to see if you change a towel a day at home... meh!
As for food, I found variety and for 2 weeks I ate perfectly! It's clear that it's a buffet, and that we're in Egypt, so hearing that spices were used seems pretty obvious to me! Delicious Egyptian desserts!
Punctual flights and transfers!
The excursions to Cairo and the Siwa oasis WONDERFUL! Well organized and the guides super prepared and attentive! Sherif is truly unique!

I saved them for last, the animation guys, all different from each other but all extremely fantastic!
Nicola, Mattia, Matteo, Matteo, Federico, Marco, Vittoria, Martina, Desiree, Zaira, Greta, Giulia, Elena! Smiling, polite, never out of place, full of a beautiful energy that makes you want to participate precisely because they are there!
The only thing about the whole holiday that I didn't like... was losing the beach volleyball match during the Almaza cup 😅
Jokes aside, really #CHIÈBRAVOSIVEDE!

It was definitely the best vacation I've ever had. The sea is crystal clear and the sand is soft and white. Also, special thanks to the bar El Nafora for the cozy and friendly atmosphere, the cool bartender Amir and the friendly waiters Mahmoud and Omar. The guys will always help and tell you in any situation. The guys from the beach bar will also raise the mood: Mahmoud and Elzayed. Therefore, if you have any questions, it is better to approach them than to the guide or reception. And so, I wish you all a good rest in this beautiful place.

This hotel is a huge disappointment! The service is horrible, the room is below average and extremely outdated, the food is tasteless and there is barely any variety, the wifi isn’t working, the safe is broken and not to mention that there are no electricity outlets in the room to charge your phone or use electronics.

There are only 2 restaurants operating, the hotel staff never bothered to inform us with their closing times and we kept going back and forth between them because the first one we went to “Morgana” had horrible service and we literally had to ask for the menu over and over again, the chairs had no cushions to sit on and the waiter was just overwhelmed the whole time. So we went to the other restaurant only to find them telling us that they’re closed (9:30 pm) so we had to go back to Morgana because we had no other option.

The food was tasteless and the meat tasted very weird. We asked for a specific drink and were told that it’s not available then the waiter got us drinks that tasted gone off without us asking and charged us for them….

The shower gel in the bathroom was used and empty and there was no room service menu in the room for us to order from. Housekeeping never gave us new face towels or cotton buds or shower gels when then came to clean the room. And room service took over an hour to bring us a sandwich and a pasta and when the order arrived they had forgotten the drink and the fries were cold…

I do know how this hotel is operating all year long to be honest..

This hotel does not deserve higher than a 3 star rating. Rooms are average at best, safe did not work, and food is way below average. The dinner experience was terribel on terms of tasteless food and questionanle restaurant hygene. Staff are also not so helpful. Water requires an extra charge which is unheard of. Overall this is an overrated hotel. Maybe they are cutting costs during off season but respectable hotels are able to maintain a range of quality throughout th year. Also staff do not wqr masks

We stayed in this village for the middle two weeks of August.
Considering that this is a 5-star hotel, it is difficult to give a positive review starting primarily from the food.
It wasn't so easy to get used to the food being cooked...spices in every dish, often annoying, the only good dish was the pasta cooked by the legendary Italian chef Riccardo.
A demerit note was the lack of variety in food, the lunch and dinner meals were equivalent, the same types of breakfast/lunch were offered again for dinner in another form. Inside the village there is a themed restaurant which however does not differ much from the type of dishes served in the central buffet restaurant and the international one. A suggestion could be to provide truly Italian cuisine, or at least one that is very close, at least in one of the two buffet restaurants, or to have some themed evenings.
Another negative aspect, always keeping in mind that this is a 5-star hotel, concerns the room cleaning, change of towels and bathroom products not always punctual and effective, it was necessary several times to request the change of dirty towels (which were often simply folded) and bathroom products. The cleaning of the room is a little too rough.
The last flaw concerns the fact that the hotel staff (porters) requests and demands tips, not being satisfied with a few euros.
The strong point of the village is undoubtedly the crystal clear sea comparable to the Maldives and the good entertainment which, even if young, manages to entertain and make the stay pleasant.
Note of excellence of the structure is the spa where you can take advantage of the massage service for a fee which however is worth the price spent. The spa staff were friendly and kind, the girls were very good.
Surely if you come to this structure thinking of a 5 star you will be disappointed, the only 5 star thing is the structure which, even if dated, is beautiful.
Overall it would be more like a 3-star superior Italian or 4-star Egyptian hotel.

We booked with Alpitour at Bravo Amaza Beach. The village is very beautiful, well looked after, clean and the gardens are truly beautiful. The sea is spectacular, almost Caribbean (if you are lucky enough to see it when it is calm). The panoramic gym had a WOW effect because training with that show was truly unique. Sore but truly sore point: food. I don't want to offend anyone but I don't think I've ever eaten so badly in a tourist village and I've traveled around a lot. Always the same dishes throughout the week. On the Alpitour website they advertise the Italian chef's Show Cooking as something superlative. He only cooked pasta and mostly sauces such as ragù, tomato and an alternative of the day. Very low quality food throughout the resort, including afternoon snacks at the pool bar. Before leaving I read many reviews praising the "barmen" at the beach bar. Espresso coffee and WOW cocktails. But where? Maybe they were talking about another village. The cocktails were watered down and made a certain amount per kilo. In the sense that they made them as they happened with random ingredients, so the tourist drinks everything according to them. In general the staff expected continuous tips for everything, and in that case they were served sooner and better. The entertainment was discreet, never intrusive with evening shows which in my opinion started too late (10pm). On excursions like the one in Cairo, the guide tried to see even the air we breathed. Going to the airport on the last day, the Egyptian guide (I won't name names) tried, as a last resort, to sell us a book on Egypt, which he said was written by him. We realized that they were taking us to buy papyrus and perfumes in shops affiliated with the same name as the agency offering the excursion. Therefore leaving out smaller and probably less expensive shops. Also in Cairo they took us to lunch in a bad place where we ate terrible. I don't expect to eat Italian abroad but to eat decently. The SPA of the village is nice, nothing special but where there should have been fresh water in a carafe and herbal teas there was only filth

Returned yesterday from a week's holiday,
I carefully read the opinions of those who had been before me, before booking, because I find the experience of those who have been there to be useful. Unfortunately I don't entirely agree with the super positive opinions!
I list my point of view precisely
The structure is really very nice, 5 star, the rooms are always very clean, they change all the linen as needed, they give clean towels for the beach every day. The structure swimming pool beach reception always very tidy and clean, very nice sea position, even if towards the right so to be clear the "real club" area the sea point is much more beautiful (our sea entrance has small flat rocks which when there rough seas (and there are very often) it is a little more difficult to enter and exit the water.!

A very sore point is the poor cleanliness and management of the food!
The food itself is good, but unfortunately there is no minimum CLEANING PROTOCOLS
The tables on which more and more people rotate are cleaned only with a sponge 🧽 which they use for all the tables without using any type of detergent, they do not have tablecloths but use plastic placemats which are passed with the usual sponge and where they then place the cutlery which you will put it in your mouth.
The cushions on the chairs are filthy, always damp, it would be enough to remove them and clean the chair.
In the pool bar your food is delivered without tweezers or gloves but with free hands!
I reported this to the Bravo manager who accepted my complaint and invited me to an à la carte dinner in the tree's restaurant. Unfortunately the situation has not changed in the days to come!
My little girl has been ill and has had severe gastrointeritis. Probably due to poor hygiene.
I warned that I would have to give a negative review.

What to say. After a week of doing nothing, unfortunately we have to return. The sea is something fantastic with beautiful colors and golden sand. The beach is equipped with showers and bathrooms that are always clean. The sunbeds need to be changed some but all in all they are quite well placed. The beach would need a little more cleanliness or perhaps a little more education on the part of the people who throw their stuff on the ground and not in the convenient bins present. For umbrellas, perhaps put some hooks to hang bags and so on. The structure of the resort is large and cleanliness reigns supreme. The swimming pools are large and with a maximum depth of 150 cm but are little used given the sea is just a few meters away. The food is quite good, I would say on a scale of 10 I would give a 7. (10 I would only give to the desserts, something exceptional!) The staff is always very courteous and, given that you are in Egypt, you know that giving a tip (even just €1) then they will bend over backwards to accommodate you. The rooms are very spacious as is the bathroom (we had a family room) the cleanliness has always been excellent. The only flaw is not putting a drying rack on the terrace since there would also be space. Drying towels and costumes by placing them only on chairs is not the best. What can I say if we have the chance we will definitely go back.

Just got back from a great week. Beautiful village, nice, clean. No intestinal gastro problem because kitchen and bar follow protocols that prevent problems. As always and everywhere you have to be careful with 'air conditioning and cold drinks when you are sweaty and hot, following these simple precautions everything is great. Paradise sea, beautiful and well equipped beach. Room and bathroom spacious and always well cleaned, and friendly and attentive srmpre staff. Extraordinary animation: engaging with grace, without insistence. Wonderful team, all guys who always give their best, with kindness enthusiasm and sympathy. Coordinated by a wonderful Gerri, protagonist herself, you can immediately sense the great experience of years of animation, and despite this of a humility, generosity, sympathy and enthusiasm crazy. Matilde, talented and lively choreographer and dancer, who helped to make fantastic shows, and to involve in daytime activities. Duccio and Patrick really mythical, impossible not to get attached and not have fun with them. Valentina, Edoardo..... Thanks to all of them the holiday in that paradise was really wonderful and unforgettable. A big thank you to everyone! Menu with many courses, there is plenty of choice. The only small out of tune note the snacks in the room for a fee: with the all inclusive formula and every good of God available to charge for snacks is really a out of tune note. But just know.
