I stayed here for a week and kept extending my stay because I simply didn’t want to leave. This hotel is great with the best hospitality from their warm staff. My stay was half board and I thought the food quality was amazing. They had a really big variety of Egyptian and international dishes. The room is pretty standard, nothing special. But who wants to spend time in the room when you have one of the most crystal blue water in the world right infront of you. The staff here will work quickly to make sure all your needs are met. I will definitely come back again for an even longer stay. Thank you everyone for making my trip so special.

The entrance to the hotel was ok , reception staff willing to help However, kitchen and food test are very bad There’s no test in the food it’s like you’re eating nothing and the food served very cold it’s like cooked yesterday the black chef with one eye shouting at the staff and guest with very bad attitude he’s acting like very bossy without any manner I have stayed in many hotels in egypt with my husband Mustafa but will never return to this hotel

Food and service was good but at 3 am 3 guys came by the pool and started a party that woke us up and my 2 years old so we called the reception and they sent someone but they couldnt stop the party the guys started yelling at the employees and they couldn't stop them so they went got the security but the guy started telling them who he was and I guess they all got scared and couldn't stop the party that lasted until 7 am I spoke with hotel management in the morning and they promise to kick them out and they offered us a beach cabana for the next day, we went to the beach the next day and couldn't find any cabana or anything we packed and left. Simply at this place there is no security or any kind of control so you can get robbed or attacked there would be no one there to help. Never again…

If you are looking to complain for anything in Jaz Tamerina Almaza , be quite sure to stay long to search for something as you will never find a thing, Lovely staff , great location , perfect pool and greatest rooms ever , the breakfast and dinner you would never dream of , i was surprized by every little thing in the Hotel , Thank you Mr. Sameh the front office manager who never took a break (very professional in his Job) , Thank you Karim from the pool food and drinks service , and thank you Zeyad the life guard , I am recommending this hotel and you won't regret , great for families , I wouldnt ask for more , Thank you Jaz Tamerina

The hotel is relatively new, and facilities are up to date. My only discomfort was at the sea, having a toddler and wishing to spend sea time was super difficult as the chaises longues were really far from the sea shore. I had to carry my toddler back and forth since the sand was hot. Last day I couldn’t make it to the sea just because of this, however the scenery is majestic. Staff is polite and helpful. Ismaeil did excellent job cleaning our room. Sameh at the front desk was polite and helpful. NB: the hotel is second line to the sea, and in order to access the beach you will go through the sister hotel Jaz Oriental.

This hotel is excellent and the waiters are incredible they fill every wish and so on. Our waiter Karim was especially nice with us. It's only 4 stars because the Wi-Fi does not reach the rooms its only available in the lobby and restaurant.

This hotel was very comfortable, great facilities and the beach is so much fun with lots of activities, great music. The food was delicious and clean. The room was nice with a small sofa living area separate to the bedroom like a small suite. Balcony is big with nice views. Pool is big. We stayed there two times because we just loved it.
