The main problem with this ecolodge is that it's not clean at all. We were a big group and the rooms and beds are big so a triple room can accomodate 4 people. Double and triple rooms have bathrooms, while single rooms' bathrooms are shared. The rooms aren't clean, we used our own pillow covers and they're not cleaned all...

Amazing place to stay in Fayyoum. Good prices and clean rooms but not great food though and the chef was a little bit rude Yet i enjoy the place big time and the stuff are cool. Although everytime i go there i get the uncooked rice and i complain about it

Zad El Mosafer is in Fayoum and took me almost 1h30min from 6 October (Cairo Outskirts) The scenery is great. Located in the middle of nice fields and overlooking Karoun Lake. Going to desert Safari is great and reaching to Wadi el Rayan and its beautiful Waterfalls and Wadi Hitan. Sand Boarding is great. Nice for large groups and school...

My husband and I visited there about a week ago and did not enjoy our stay. The place is very run down and unkept. They even didn't have all menu choices in the cafeteria. It is also not a real ecolodge in any way. And to top it all off, my husband's phone got stolen and we were practically the...

Few tips: you have to take Off for mosquitos, also you can get your own towels as the single rooms don't contain. Food is very good you have to try all plates they have. All activities are very interesting.

I would've given this ecolodge a good rating if it hadn't been for the fact that someone from the hotel STAFF came into my room and STOLE 500 EGP from my wallet and 100 from my friend's. We caught him closing the door from our room (which we had locked with the padlock they had provided us), and when we...

Very nice place, cheap, peaceful, beautiful and very natural. The staff was helpful and kind, excellent food, though a little bit expensive (22% tax & services on the whole bill - quite a surprise at the end !) Will go back :)

The place of the motel is brilliant . You can have walks in the early morning watching farmers with their animals working at their farms just at the door step of the motel. and of course you can go to the many beautiful pottery shops in the area. But staying inside the motel is not bad as well but there...

very good place for spending weekends, & group retreats. Doing night meditation there was perfect. Just get your soap, shampoo, towels,...etc. Drinks are not very expensive however you could bring some tea, nescafe, juice & water instead. We've faced some plumbing issues (water did cut several times), but the overall experience was enjoyable.
