Our family of four stayed in one of the 25' deluxe cabins, during a Sunday-Thursday visit. The cabin was hospital-clean and everything worked, especially the air conditioning which was definitely needed the week we where there. Four people are not going to be able to really hang out in the cabin, as the kitchen/common area is pretty small, but you... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experiences at White River Campground. Good to know about the stove top. The cleaning team will be tickled to hear "hospital clean". Water temp is always a topic of concern even though you had the option to control the temp, it was very touchy and hard to keep steady.... More

We chose this campground for a family get-together for mom's 80th birthday. Mom and dad still camp a lot and have a travel trailer; my husband and I brought our motor home; a son and family were in a tent, and our three other families rented the cabins. Despite our different modes of "camping", we were able to choose sites... More

This is the second time I stayed at this campground. The first time I camped in a tent. This time we stayed in one of their deluxe cabins. The campground offers sites from rustic to sites with water and electric hook up and cabins rustic to deluxe. The deluxe cabin was a great deal. Cheaper than staying in a hotel,... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The camp sites are large with many trees and fire pits. If you kayak you can put it in at the campground since they are on the white river. There is also a kayak/canoe/tubing rental company near by. It is near enough to several towns that there are restaurants and... More

We just spent two nights here and it was wonderful. Large sights, level sights, clean and well kept. Lots of places to walk with a scenic stream running through. Also large fire pits. Colors weren't out yet but there would be lots of places to drive to check out the fall colors. Will definitely go back again

Our family had a wonderful stay at the campground. The site we were on was large enough for our trailer, tent, and 2 cars to park. Of course b/c we are a non-traditional family they charge more for this. The campground was QUIET, everyone was very respectful of each other and the quiet times. Lots of wooded areas in between... Wonderful campground with a lot to do! Fun family time. Large spacious sites. Clean water and property. Knowledgeable staff. Good value for the price. We liked that there were cul-da-sac sites available for 3-4 campers to camp together, but separate. Very unique. Sites 500-503

Loved that the sites were wooded and separated into small areas so there wasn't a lot of campers in one stretch . the downside was how big the park was so thankfully we brought our bikes and with no WiFi or cable we had some bored kids a lot of the time. Other than that the workers were friendly ,... More

We arrived to White River on 8/2/15. This was our first camping experience here and the first for our boys, ages 3 & 4. We are tenters with extreme needs due to a son with a ton of medical needs that require water and power. Unfortunately for us we arrived on the night of severe storms that knocked out the... More

People & staff very friendly. We travel in an RV. Area was clean & safe. Our 2 dogs were welcomed. We did not use bathrooms or... More
