My husband and I stayed at the Way Inn the weekend we got married. Warm, Welcoming and Wonderful. From the moment we first made the call to reserve the room, to the welcome and information on the site. The hosts were so hospitable and the food was delicious! We felt so comfortable and relaxed it was hard to leave. Thank you for making our wedding weekend a memorable experience. We will certainly be back!
Our second visit to the Way Inn and it was just as wonderful as our first. A comfortable B&B in the perfect location. Relaxing and well manicured grounds with attention to detail. Innkeepers Andy and Leslie are the perfect hosts and make their guests’ comfort a number one priority. Can’t say enough about the huge delicious homemade breakfasts. Look forward to future visits to this charming home away from home.
This charming B&B is run by a lovely couple. If you have any business or family dealings in the Marshall, Michigan area, this is certainly one of the most comfortable and presentable lodgings in Calhoun County. Why go to a sterile hotel when you can stay in a remarkably comfortable bed and breakfast" And I mean breakfast! The breakfast served up at the Way Inn is probably the best breakfast that I have ever had at any B&B. Take some time if you can to linger in this lovely neighborhood in the historic town of Marshall, Michigan. You will not regret it.
We stayed one night at the Way Inn this past summer. We were the only guests staying at the time so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves! The location is perfect, within walking distance everything we needed. The breakfast was fabulous! They accommodated my "NO EGG" husband with waffles, bacon, chicken breakfast burritos, pastry and fresh fruit....it truly was a feast! This was our first stay at a B&B and it was definitely a win! Next time we are in Marshall, this is where we will stay.
The Way Inn is centrally located in Marshall and from this location it's easy to navigate throughout the town of Marshall. We, by chance, spent one night here but I really could have stayed a few more! The home is comfortable and homey. There are several living areas that is common living spaces to be shared with the other guests. The room was a good size, large TV with mini fridge. The steps are a bit narrow and may be difficult for an the elderly or for those with challenged mobility. We had a large suitcase and it was slightly cumbersome to carry it up. However, once we settled in, we were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have an adjoining bathroom, but it was across the hall from our room. It was fine because there was only one other guest at the time. As it was our own bathroom to use, we were able to leave our toiletries in there. The bed was very comfortable and we had an AC unit to cool the room down. Breakfast was prepared by Andy, the owner. It was delicious! Really, it was like eating at a restaurant. The other guest joined us and we had a great visit with her. I'm not sure how it would be with a full house, but for us, it was perfect being only partially occupied. Because we value our quiet and sleep, we liked the emptiness. The owners were very nice and friendly. They had two small dogs and they were very well behaved. We will consider The Way Inn when we return to Marshall.…
