I went to Marquette on a business trip and stayed at the Landmark Inn. The hotel is known as a historical landmark hotel in America. It has a restaurant and a lively bar for their guests and walkin patrons. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Despite the cold weather, the room was warm and cozy. The...

Whenever we visit our son at Northern Michigan University we stay at the Landmark. All of the rooms are very nice and well appointed. The 2-room suites, however, are absolutely great. Lots of room, fireplace (electric), plenty of furniture and places to sleep. What really makes the place great is the staff. Friendly, helpful and professional but not in any...

Booked our stay here with our teenage daughters for a college visit to NMU. Loved this historic hotel and our beautiful suite so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Great base for exploring the beauty of this area.

This hotel was so charming! The room was very comfortable and well decorated. We stayed for 2 nights -- it would have been nice to have a microwave and mini-frig, but that would have taken away from the old-world charm. Keurig machine was a nice touch, but I would have liked a tea option. I wake up much earlier than...

I am astonished this isnt rated #1 in the area - this hotel is one of my all time favorites It has a classic feel - makes you feel like high society of the mining and lumber booms. Spacious rooms with fireplace ambiance, professional staff, multiple restaurants. This hotel has it all and the price is amazing - I would...

Landmark Inn has wonderful service, beautiful views, and great food. Great for a special occasion or even a "stay-cation" if you live in the area. I would recommend having brunch at Capers and having a drink on the 6th floor bar! Sneak in to the meeting rooms on the 6th floor if they're open, that's the best view in town!

Stayed at the Landmark Inn for my wife's 50th birthday. We both enjoyed it tremendously! The check inn was incredibly fast as we were in our room on the fourth floor in minutes. Service desk was very friendly as other staff that would pass by was eager to greet and welcome you to the hotel. The room was fantastic, large,...

We stayed at The Landmark Inn over Labor Day weekend and had a great time. There's not a ton of hotels to choose from here, but I would certainly recommend this one based on overall location. It's located in the downtown area, but still within walking distance of NMU's campus. The room wasn't anything special, but well-maintained and kept clean....
