My family of three spent two nights in a king room suite with a pull-out sofa in the main building. We had a 3rd floor room with a balcony and an amazing view of the harbor and the street below. The customer service was top notch. We took an early ferry that first morning to the island and we did a precheck-in so that as soon as the room was ready we could go upstairs. I received a phone call when the room was ready and a bellhop brought our luggage up to the room promptly. The room was very comfortable for the three of us. We appreciated the storage room in the basement for our bikes and used it every night. We also appreciated the extra COVID precautions the hotel took. Instead of the traditional continental breakfast, they had a "continental breakfast in bed." You were able to choose your breakfast items on a list and they were delivered in a bag to your room the morning of. It was creative and much appreciated! We also enjoyed being in the middle of the action, able to hear the ferry horn and the horses on the street. It was also right across from Shepler's Ferry. The morning we left we were hoping to catch the 11:00am ferry back to the mainland, and didn't think it was possible to have our bags delivered to the ferry dock with 15 minutes to spare (we had our bikes as well). Sure enough, the person at the front desk marked our luggage and said they would be delivered in time. It was a very nice surprise and much appreciated! We had a great stay!

We had a king balcony room that had a view of the street and the water, excellent views. Room was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Lobby was beautiful. Front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast bag delivered to room in the morning with sandwich, fruit, yogurt, drink. Nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy breakfast. Absolute no complaints and would stay again.

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are spacious and include a mini fridge, pod coffee maker, and microwave. The hotel staff was great and super friendly. The location is amazing. It's across the street from the ferry and right in the middle of Main St. The only negative was in regards to the balconies on the top floor. There isn't an awning over them, so the chairs and table get wet when it rains. I'd choose a balcony room on a lower floor. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

We chose the Waterfront Suite and very pleased with our choice. The staff were kind and helpful. We were lucky to get into our room by early afternoon. What a surprise to find a bottle of wine waiting for us! Our balcony overlooked the harbor , so it can be a little noisy, but we loved watching the ferries come and go, and seeing the full moon. Easy access to the ferry dock and the main street. Great value for the money

Nice room and very helpful staff. The room was quite large and modern. We were in an atrium room that doesn't have a window to the outside world - just to the atrium itself. Conveniently located and very clean.
