A serene hotel that is very accommodating. The ferry brought our bags over and with an in-house restaurant this is a great hotel. The beds were soft and comfortable. The fire place in the foyer kept us warm on cold mornings.

Riding a bike, 10 minutes. We walked in less than 40 minutes, but we went up to Huron road to look at those houses, the Governor's mansion and then down to the Grand. I think the direct route through downtown is half that... More
