The room was very large with a king size bed and looked out onto the golf course, where we saw a lot of bird life and kangaroos up close. The bathroom was also spacious with both a full size bathe and shower. Besides the golf course there is a swimming pool and heated spa and a put put course. The meals were excellent and very good value'
Live near by on this stunning peninsula so visited for lunch. Restaurant has stunning views. Staff are excellent and very informative to assist with menu selection. We dinned at the restaurant that serves Asian food. Quality was excellent very fresh healthy food which is exactly what we wanted as on a mission to eat healthier. Very reasonably priced. We were very surprised by the improvements the new owners have made to the resort. Very excited to see where this resort goes in the future and to have this great restaurant near by.. Lots of golfers in the restaurant having lunch and drinks after a round of golf. Very good Covid procedures in place.

We stayed here overnight after driving from Adelaide to catch an early morning ferry from Cape Jervis. We got a good price on the room ($100/night for two adults and one child) and it was perfect for an overnight trip, where we arrived at 8pm that night, and left the next morning by 8.30am. The room was clean, well appointed and spacious. We were also able to do an after hours check in, which we organised over the phone that afternoon. It's true that the resort is a bit tired, but it was fine for our needs and I would be happy to stay there again. BUT... there seemed to be a problem with the tap water in the room and it wasn't drinkable, which we only realised after our 4yo had drunk her entire water bottle full of tap water. It has a salty type taste which rendered it undrinkable, and I felt sick after just a few mouthfuls. When we checked out in the morning, we realised there were dozens and dozens of boxes of cask water by the front door of reception, but no one had told us to take one (even though we'd spoken to someone that afternoon), and there was nothing in our paperwork in the after hours safe to indicate any problems with drinking the water. I'm optimistic this was a one off incident, and not something that would happen again if we were to stay there again, it was just disappointing to not be aware of it.…
We spent the weekend at the New Terry resort. All the staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Very clean and tidy. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant and the staff and food were at to a very high standard. Some of the facilities could do with a revamp but on the whole it's very good value for money. the golf course would be one of the most picturesque in South Australia. in summer the pools and spa,s would be great. great spot to launch a boat and head out fishing or diving. close to Adelaide and well worth the visit.
