My family of 5 stayed here for a night before the morning ferry and all of us are glad we did. We got the beautiful new loft in room 7, which was newly remodeled and very modern. There were 4 beds plus a few more couches that could have slept more if we needed the space. Very comfortable room, air... More

Room was on the "rotunda"? Perfect view. Maintenance somewhat lacking, bath floor cracked and tub had shower nozzle but no shower enclosure...awkward. Being a B&B, I found food great, coffee strong-as it should be- and lady attendant right on with the service.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and Ola, the innkeeper and his staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good (fresh fruit, homemade cinnamon rolls, quiche and more) and the location is just a few blocks from downtown & the beach and about 5 minutes from the ferry dock. Our room had a jacuzzi tub, but... More

The house was very hot inside. our room did have AC, but the main area was very warm. The owner, Ola, was very nice. The food was good, not great. I will try the Cartier Manson next time. I will not be returning.

My wife and I stayed two nights here and wished we had booked more time. This place is amazing and Ola, the host and his staff make sure you are comfortable. It's a huge old house which is kept in pristine condition with many antiques and big rooms. What I did not expect was the fantastic breakfast that awaited us... More

We found this B & B online, then called to pay for the room. As we drove up we were uneasy, the yard and shrubs were not trimmed, the lovely style home could use a coat of paint. It wasn't inviting at all. The yard wasn't a comfortable place to hang out.The owner was very kind and showed us to... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! I am sorry the stay did not meet your expectations. I do believe the carpet in your room was clean, we clean and vacuum our rooms very meticulously but I have to admit I have been wanting to replace the carpet in that room for while since it is starting... We stayed two nights and found the Inn to be clean, and very affordable compared to other options in Ludington. The location was very convenient and the owners and staff were friendly and accommodating. Certain parts of the Inn could use some cosmetic touches, but overall we found it to be charming and comfortable. Parking was convenient and they are... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for all the kind words! We do serve breakfast as early as needed by our guests and typically the first seating is at 7, we are aware of the close proximity of the dining room to the first floor room and so we try to remember to close the... More

Upon our arrival, we were greeted warmly and told their goal was to make our visit the best B&B experience. We were given a quick tour of their lovely home and shown to our room. We had Room 7 located on the third floor (be prepared to climb some stairs). This former attic space includes a large screen TV, sitting... More

I was lucky to find an opening at this bed &breakfast when I was traveling late on a wintery night. I was greeted by Ola who is a very friendly innkeeper.
