Good stay and internet. Breakfast room was relatively large (easier for kids) with the usual waffles, cereal, eggs/sausage/hashbrowns, fruits, baguels etc and drinks. Bathroom was clean but had some smell (cigarette?).

Shop-worn facility in a rather industrial corner of Livonia. In spite of being on the main drag, we enjoyed a quiet room. The hallway smelled strongly of Indian food, but the room itself was odor-free and quite clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Didn't have an opportunity to sample the breakfast fare. Several good restaurants and discount stores...

Having staying solely at Choice Hotels for the last four years, I am a totally qualified reviewer. In fact, I am writing this while staying at this hotel. This hotel is five stars in every area: room, a/c conditioning, cleanliness, appearance, etc. It has the most beautiful lobby I have seen ever. It's commodious, well appointed and beautiful. The staff...

I just wanted a place to spend one night. That has a decent room at a low rate. Nothing special just one king size bed. Great thing is there is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. They have a store open 24 hours. Free complimentary breakfast served. Plenty of free parking spaces. Exercise room. Free Wifi. A sports bar...

I loved the bright and colorful lobby. I'm sure the decor is not to everyone's taste, but it was a refreshing change from the usual understated decor I see in most hotels. This is an older building, with sliding patio doors that open directly onto the parking lot in at least some of the first floor rooms and small balconies...

We just needed a place to stay and had stayed here before. They are doing some remodeling, but our room was fine. Nothing upscale here, but our needs were met. I'm not crazy about choice of lobby colors. Also breakfast could have been better. But I did like the staff.

On 12/31/15, I had my wedding, reception & New Year's Eve party @ the Quality Inn Banquet Hall & Suites in Livonia. We had at least 200 guest with about 50 room reservations, including myself & my husband. This was truly a horrible experience for us & some of our guest! The unprofessionalism & down right rudeness from the front...

This stay last weekend was terrible. Their was pizza and soda left in the refrigerator from who knows how many visits before me. Also, I itched all night all over laying in the bed. The itching continued for about two days after. Won't ever stay here again.

The good: Super clean rooms. Hands down sparkling clean. Friendly staff, front desk, maintenance and HK. Comfy bed, plenty of towels and pillows, most importantly Safe, and Quiet. Good wifi signal. I am not sure if they are still in the process of converting to a Quality Inn. They do not have the updated bedding and decor most of the...

Would I stay again, yes, if I could get appropriate accessible accommodations. Yes if I knew my other 'cons' were addressed (see below) Would I recommend- yes, but note what I say below and realize this is not upscale if that's what you desire. Pros: clean, comfortable bed, reasonable price, staff was mostly friendly and tried to be accommodating, nice...
