We came to town to see a Journey tribute band at the theater. The check in was easy and we were very pleased with the nice size of the room and how clean it was. We will stay again when we come back to Lexington!
This 1800’s mansion converted to inn was recommended to us during our Lexington visit by the Cadillac house. I am so thankful for the recommendation! This place was immaculate! The decor and furnishings complimented the era of the home and the cleanliness of the house was beyond expectations. We spoke to two of the three sibling owners and they were very friendly, helpful and informative. If we ever visit Lexington again, this will be our FIRST choice!
Although we were there t visit family who were staying at the Lake Huron Campgrounds we were pleasantly surprised at how new all the amenities in the room were. The rooms have obviously been renovated and upgraded. We would stay here again thank you!
We stayed in suite 3 and it was beautiful and we had a dishwasher in the room! I've never been a hotel that has that in the room. It was so helpful because we were here for a wedding and it made it easier to have the option of washing his bottles during our stay. The only complaint that I have is that we were not able to adjust the air conditioning for our room, it is locked. The room does have a ceiling fan but it was still warm and humid in the room. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.
First of all, the service at Lake Huron Lodge was outstanding. The team was very friendly—there when you needed them and out of site when you didn't. We loved the charm of the lodge, the history, and the spacious suite our family stayed in. Tall ceilings, fresh and clean. Comfy beds. Our adult daughter had all the privacy she needed. LHL is within walking distance of the lake shore, coffee shops, micro brewery & winery and restaurants. One morning, we grabbed our coffees and strolled down to the harbor and enjoyed looking at the boats. LHL was our home base while we enjoyed the "rest of our family," in Croswell-5 miles away. LHL was just about the perfect family retreat.
