The inn was great for easy to check in and out . The room was clean and the rate was great . This makes the second time I have stayed there and if I'm back in the area I will stay there again. ROLL TIDE ROLL!

We booked this Red Roof Inn because it was all we could find available for the dates we needed. I cringed, but trusted my husband's judgement, also because we thought it was a newer property. That it certainly was not. As difficult as it was, I got past the doors having an outside entry, and the men who were hanging... More

This hotel is OLD and has barely been updated. The bed in our room and the bedding seemed fairly new and it was clean. The rest of the room was dirty - there were scuff marks on the walls, chipped paint, the bathtub was chipped in several places, the carpeting was filthy and had never been vacuumed along the walls/behind... I recently stayed at this Red Roof for 4 nights for business in East Lansing. It is very easily accessible off of I-96. For someone on a budget, you can't beat this place. There is not much in the general vicinity, which meant no food close by, but no riff raft around the hotel either. Food was only a 10... More

This is truly a budget hotel it's cheap. The room seemed somewhat clean, until I noticed big stain on comforter looked like blood or ketchup. The air conditioner could use to be cleaned. It had broken vents and on high still wasn't very cool. The bathroom looked clean. Not the worst red roof I've ever stayed in.

I stayed here while at a conference with my 8 month old daughter who was just starting to crawl...I could not put her on the floor because it was disgusting. The tub had leftover hair in it from the previous guest and the beds did not look very well made. After the first night I asked them to clean my... More

I walked into the lobby to check in, where a woman was complaining about noise from her neighbors. I should have taken that as a sign and left but I was travelling on business. I had several bugs in my room (and cobwebs) during my three-night stay. The bathtub wasn't too bad but it left a puddle on the bottom... More

While the staff was friendly, my room was dirty, stain in carpets and walls. Half the lights did not work and the stairway was full of peeled paint. The location was good for my meeting and rate was good but over all not impressed with the facility

I was hesitant after seeing the chipping paint and trash as we took the outside stairs to our room. But once inside, it was OK. Comfortable king size bed, air conditioner wasn't too loud, good TV, shower and towels adequate. Toilet was running, and when we told front desk on check out, she was very nice about it. Desk clerk... More
