This was our second stay at A Dove Nest. The innkeeper is friendly and the rooms are beautiful and clean. We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony and watching the deer and birds. The breakfast was delicious and the lemon bars were wonderful. It is such a nice to get away and relax. Many trails to walk on the property....

Bob & Terry were wonderful hosts and we were saddened to hear of Terry's passing. The rooms were fabulous (went with another couple and saw their room also). Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and just hanging out in the common room. Breakfast was spectacular and we would definitely go back.

We stayed at A Dove Nest on a recommendation from a friend. This was our first experience staying at a Bed and Breakfast. The room was very nice. The bed was very firm which I liked but my husband didn't. We saw lots of deer and the geese liked the lake so we saw a lot of those. Bob the...

BEAUTIFUL!! A true log cabin that provides a peaceful spaces to get away from the city life and enjoy the great outdoors. The rooms are very spacious, clean and inviting. The breakfast is outstanding (not to mention filling). The inn keepers are a one of a kind couple.

Don't listen to JKBurr23. We stayed at Dove's Nest right after they did and got the story. As soon as you meet Teresa Dove, who runs the B and B with her husband Bob, you know she's not even capable of being rude. The JKBurr23 couple arrived before check-in time. Teresa was having trouble with her dogs at the time...

Are you looking for an escape? A peaceful, relaxing and calm place? A beautiful rural country setting with free entertainment from wildlife during breakfast? Then this is the place. The Dove Nest is a beautiful piece of property and the home owners knew that they wanted to share that with others, so they graciously opened their home for this B&B....

My husband and I stayed at A Dove Nest for 3 nights, and it was by far the best B&B we have been to! The house itself is beautiful and spacious - we stayed in the Wildflowers and Butterflies suite and had a bedroom, living room, and bathroom with whirlpool tub all to ourselves. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, and...

My husband reserved a room for our anniversary a few weeks in advance. We love log cabins, and there are very few log cabin bed and breakfasts in Michigan. We drove 2 hours to get there, and we arrived at 2:50, 10 minutes early. The second we walked in, we were not greeted, but yelled at about invading their home...

We visited this past weekend. From reservations, to arrival, breakfast and departure the hosts always made sure that you were completely satisfied. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and a place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of fun conversation with the guests and hosts as well as deer, birds and other wildlife just outside the...

We absolutely LOVED the breakfast's each morning, YUM! You won't walk away hungry, that's for sure. Bob and Theresa are friendly inn keepers, they make you feel right at home, we...
