Room is what you expect with the price. AC worked and hot water was good. You’d have to turn the hot water on. Good location as it’s 5 mins walk away from the Tam Coc boat ride. Breakfast is adequate. We only had fried rice during our two night stay and it was tasty. The receptionist Yin, was exeptional. She was very helpful and friendly. She told us all the nice places to visit in the area. She even gave us direction when we wanted to go to Phat Diem Cathedral. She helped us renting the motorbike, she even lent me her heltmet as none fit. Gate keeper or proprietor was very friendly, even invited us for dinner and let us try the corn wine. Overall, adequte hotel for the price but definitely exceptional staff.

Don't expect to get any sleep here as Dogs are constantly barking through the night. Staff only speak Vietamese so not very helpful but were friendly... The unusual open plan 8/10, first floor dorm room was covered in dust and the trash can was never emptied the whole time I was there. Individual sockets, bedside table, fan and mosquito net. No individual lights, only the main ones, which you have to go outside to switch them on or off. Small lockers in the room. Large ceiling fans aswell. There was couches, which could do with padding and tables in the dorm. Everything is a bit damp this time of year due to No Heating. The Bathroom with hot showers, was clean and spacious but was outside, across in the main building which was a major pain. No hooks in the bathroom. Towel and toiletries provided. WiFi was ok-ish. Nice pontoon style, common area behind the dorm room. There's a Pool table. Breakfast included, eggs with bread or rice or noodles and coffee. There is an on-site restaurant as such under the dorm room but I never saw anybody use it. No AC. No TV. Bus tickets available but No information on surrounding attractions or tours. Parking on-site. Quiet this time of year. The little town centre with lots of restaurants/bars is a 3 minute walk. There is a main bus station but it doesn't seem to be used much.

Confortable place to stay, cheap and includes breakfast. Friendly staff although they dont speaks much english, but they try their best. They let us checked in at 7 am( we arrived in the sleeping bus and were really tired), that definitely deserves a good review

Hands down one of the best places we stayed on our travels. Just check in and you'll understand why. I didn't want to say much more but the app says I have to use more characters so I've started writing what I'm thinking. Just come!

We booked the hotel/resort for one night and at the beginning we thought it was ok, however we changed our minds. I wasn’t feeling very safe because the main door were very poor. Also i didn’t like the fact, that there was a window in the bathroom right next to the shower. It didn’t have any curtains, so people passing outside could see you while taking a shower. It also turned out, that we didn’t have hot water in the shower and while checking out the lady told us that she had forgotten to tell us how to turn it out. The plus is that we got 10% discount after we told her about the water.
