This place is old, dirty and total look from front desk to elevator to hall way dirty and old looking. It takes 40 min to check in, then the key doesn’t work. I come back to desk and get new Key. Get to the room and their is someone still in the room for the night. I had to use their toilet I had to go. The room was a mess. Went back down to front desk and they said nobody should be in that room. The front desk didn’t have any idea which rooms were available. One small bath towel to share for 2 people. Old towels that had holes. The place was a pit. I didn’t even eat their breakfast Was afraid of getting sick. Not worth $89 per night. The health department should make a visit.

Not the cleanest, new staff every time I'm there. The pool is not open and weeds are as tall as humans. No one seems to care. Someone needs to take control of this property. I have been going there for years and every time I go, it is worse.

Although the staff was very friendly, as advertised pool and breakfast....no pool water was drained, what water remained was green & disgusting...smelled bad also. First morining had to wake at 7am, son had orientation at 8am, went down at 730am few eggs two biscuits no bagels, toast, eggs or even cereal!! Was told the cook didn't show up, although there were people eating?? Left hotel at 8am returned at 5pm, to beds unmade no new towels. When asked to speak to manager was told there isn't one?? What type of establishment doesn't have a manager even McDonalds has a manager. Were told we could speak to SAM, when we told him about our experience thus far he said "is that your only complaint??" like he didn't even care...told us he could only comp us 10%....got our bill the next morning and he didn't even comp us 10% only took the tax off the room??? Will never ever ever stay at any Baymont hotel again!!!!!!!!

Dont stay here. It was not worth the money as it was falling apart, smelled of smoke and there were cigarette burns in the top sheet of the bed. The staff seemed pretty unhappy to be there and I could see why.

This location has gone so far downhill i am still surprised it is part of the Baymont little alone the Wyndham group. From the pool being filled with trash and rain water only and to be told it is "broken" to the hotel manager calling a woman a "stupid woman" and she needed to talk less and let her husband talk more. the fact that half the rooms are dirty and the staff constantly complain about the workong conditions and the fact that they never get paid what they should because their time cards get changed. The general appearance of the property looks as if it has just been neglected for too long. Not to mention that the police were there more than half od the days i was there. I personally was told that "us weekly" people should go somewhere else because he wants to charge more like $90-$100 a night. I took his his advise. I work in the area for about 3-4 months a year and loved staying at Baymont, but i have switched since my weekly type are no longer welcome there. I also dont like being told how much i should be eating at breakfast, i work for 12 hours and most of the time the convenience of a lunch at work is not always a thing. I dont believe having oatmeal, eggs, and biscuits and gravy is too much no matter what the hotel manager thinks of the "fat Americans" he is renting to. I will more than likely not be back to any of the Wyndham hotels in the area because of the group that owns them. I have moved to a choice group hotel in the area that doesn't mind the "fat American" that is a "lazy weekly renter". I am employed and yes could stand to loose a few pounds, buy one thing i am is lazy.
