We stayed one night prior to a Saturday wedding nearby. The hotel was totally booked so we had to take an accessible room, so keep that in mind when reading. Overall it was a fine stay. The room was somewhat small, with no closet and only a 2 foot hanging bar for clothes that had a shelf only 3 feet...

We came to Kalamazoo as a family of 4 for a soccer tourney. Beds were super comfy. Had bar/restaurant and a nice size indoor pool. Also had outside area near pool where a group were playing bags. Staff was nice. Only negative- Rooms do not have mini fridge, that would have been helpful. I Would recommend!!

Stayed here 2 nights on a recent trip to Kalamazoo - Front Desk staff was great -- room was really nice! The lobby is welcoming and stylish. And the restaurant served great food and all of our servers were well above average! Super friendly as a matter of fact!

I needed a place to stay while visiting my father, who was a patient in the hospital. It was just myself and my young son traveling. I wanted a place that looked safe. I read all the reviews online first. Took a ride through downtown Kalamazoo and said no thank you, to anything there. Also the restaurant smelled so good...

It was good to have an SPG option in Michigan where options seem more limited. We used points for this stay and checkin and checkout both went smoothly. The room was reasonably sized and, as with many SPG properties, the bed was excellent. Overall the hotel was decent for a one night stay. We did have to kill a bug...

Liked the bartenders, two out of the 3 nights, but the restaurant and bar hours are terrible. They aren't open for lunch. My group and several other customers had to go to outside restaurants like Arby's for lunch. The bar closes at 10 most nights even though there were quite a few customers willing to spend money for several more...

The front desk attendants (Katie) were not the friendliest. We reserved a room about a month in advance and requested an early check in. (We drove close to 6 hours to get there.) They didn't have any rooms available when we arrived so we just had to wait in the lobby for hours. There was a Holiday Inn across the...

Stayed for a night during a high school tennis championship. The first thing I noticed walking into the room is the room smelled fresh and appeared clean, no musty smell, nice bathroom, and I must say the mattress on that king bed gave me the most comfortable sleep I've had in quite some time. I don't think I moved all...

You get what you pay for, crap!!! the management was sorry and the pool was very small, and had no jacuzzi. The BREAKFEAST is not free, but it has decent food. If you ever consider staying here, be ready to fight with management. Absolute rude behavior.

We were doing a "spontaneous" trip for our anniversary. Decided to stay at the Four Points in Kalamazoo - based on our experience at the Four Points in Niagara Falls ON two years ago. We could not have made a better choice. After a physically exhausting day, we want a nice quiet room with a Jacuzzi to relax. Unfortunately all...
