Lovely room, interesting building, and helpful staff. Accessibility: The "Library" room is spacious with plenty of room for bed, added rollaway (+$25), power chair, and Hoyer lift. Bathroom, including roll-in shower, is roomy enough for 4-foot long power chair to enter and maneuver. Building has shifted or floor wasn't build correctly, and major puddles from shower will appear in front... More

Loved everything about our stay and can imagine how the original family lived as high society. It's a beautiful home from a bygone era and I found everything about it delightful. The breakfast was fantastic and our room was very accommodating. The rooftop view is like no other. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

My friend and I like to partake in high tea. I found this place based on a discount site email I receive. We signed up for the tour and high tea. The tour was led by our guide, Alexander. He was very knowledgable about the history of the building and was entertaining. After the tour we were served high tea.... More

The castle itself is beautiful. Other than that, not worth the time or money to stay there. Stayed one night and that was enough. The restaurant in the castle is good but the wait staff is very slow to serve and not very knowledgeable of the menu. Our dinner rolls were served after the dinner. The manager even mentioned about... More

Stayed at Henderson Castle for a night a week ago. I heard about it a lot and was exited to be able to check it out. It looks absolutely beautiful when you approach it, and it's full of beautiful antique furniture. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and showed us to our room, which from the first... What a neat old place. We had a nice room on the second floor called the Tibetan Room. Loved the little lights up in the ceiling. Restroom was quite large too. Great view looking out the windows especially if you had the room with the outdoor balcony. We had a large group and had the whole place to ourselves. Dinner... More

The staff were extremely friendly, they went above and beyond. The wine tasting was fun and informative. The room was luxurious and comfortable. The rose petals, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries set the mood. The breakfast in bed was timely and delicious. Thank you very much for making our Ten year anniversary one to remember.
