This is our 2nd time here, really like it! Asphalt interior roads, grassy campsites with picnic tables and fire rings. WiFi that works, no cable for TV but you can pick up several stations thru the air. Currently watching the Olympics on NBC. Nice clean large restrooms and showers, firewood available. Many stores within close walking distance: grocery, hardware, butcher,... More

Quiet and spacious sites, most if not all are full hookup. Personable staff and quiet atmosphere. Always a stop during our annual summer tour of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. There are sites in the shade, but we prefer little trees so our satellite dish can locate the TV satellites.

We were looking for a hotel in the area and everything was booked or out of our price range. Since we had our camping gear with us we opted to stay in one of the cabins. It's basically 4 bunk beds (no linens), 4 chairs and a small table. There is a picnic table and fire pit outside your door.... More

The best part of this campground was the cleanliness. There are very few trees and no privacy. We did not enjoy having so many neighbors so close. Very poor customer service on our last day there from a female manager with short blonde hair. I went into the office to apologize for the misunderstanding of my check out date and... More

A classic urban campground, sitting on the edge of town yet close to services such cafes and shopping centers. Spacious campsite with full hook up service. A Very quiet campground with virtually no traffic noise. Very well managed park with a friendly helpful staff and clean grounds. I would recommend the campground as a night's stay while traveling through.

We're exploring the UP. This is our final 10 day stop targeting the center section of the UP. Its mid-Sep so the kiddies are back in school, and the park is nearly empty. Seems like only retirees are left. Pool is no longer heated (past season), but the hot tub is. Staff is very friendly. Restroom/Shower facilities are very clean.... More

We liked the campground . Very friendly staff helped us get the right site for the motorhome and enclosed trailer. Very clean bathrooms and showers. They have laundry right in the back of the office. Swimming pool and hot tub looked great ,but we didn't get a chance to use them. Lots of other convienences for all . Movie theater,... More

We have stayed in this park several times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. The staff is incredible, particularly on this trip, Deborah. She and the staff when out of their way to accommodate us and our daughter and granddaughters. I would say they "went beyond the norm" to make sure we were all comfortable and... More

My kids and I stayed here with my parents in July 2015. This is a very nice, well-maintained RV park in a great location. It is a "city"-type park, so you are very close to 41, however, there is an IGA, a movie theater, a bowling alley and several restaurants all within walking distance of the park. Mountain bikers can... More

A convenient one-night stop on our way west. Very friendly office staff - gave us great directions to a large pull through site, so there was no need to unhitch our towed vehicle. Full hookups, plus probably the fasted wi-fi of our trip to date. It was mid/late June and yet there were very few other campers ... so very... More
