We only spent one night here but the owners were great, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. They had a free continental breakfast which was nice since this motel is not close to any restaurants or town. Would stay here again except not really much to do nearby.
Coleen is an amazing host. Hotel is clean the grounds are perfectly kept. Lots of room to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful country setting. Rooms are very clean. The beautiful George Young golf course is almost next door This is our third time staying here and are planning on coming back next month. U won’t be disappointed staying here
This hotel is a mom and pop type. Seems to be renovated recently. Clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Shower was hot. Beautiful meadow all around. We saw deer and turkeys there. There is WiFi. No complaints!
We had 2 queen beds, very comfortable, spacious and clean. Owner was very nice and helpful. Great location with pet friendly rooms and places to walk the dog. Plenty of parking close to entrance. Lake is across the road, golf course down the road.
You will not be disappointed staying in this very clean hotel. The staff and owners are amazing. We were golfing at George Young Golf Course and Chicaugon Lake Inn is .9 of a mile from it. They even gave us a free drink the token club house. We are going to make this an annual event and maybe even stay longer. Thank You
We arrived late on our first night, and the staff made sure we had access to our room even though the hotel lobby was closed. Pet friendly hotel, and only a $20.00 one time fee for our stay. Rooms are dated but clean, and the larger fridge was a welcome sight. Because of covid restrictions we did not have coffee or breakfast service so make sure you bring food. Everything around town closes really early so plan ahead!
Wife and I stayed one night with the Ranger. Is directly on the snowmobile trail, but you have to ride 3 miles to catch the ORV trail, easy. You can do a nice loop of about 80 miles via Crystal Falls, a good day ride. Owners manage this place akd cate a great deal..pride in ownership is everywhere. Rooms are what you would expect at a Holiday Inn Express and cleaned to expert levels by friendly local team members. Prices should be $10-$50 more a night depending on date stayed. Dint hesitate, you will love it. Boat launch across the road. Bear
The Chicaugon Lake Inn is right on the snowmobile trail, it literally is less than 100ft to the trail. The rooms were super clean and inviting. The mattress's were extremely comfortable which is a huge plus, especially after a day of snowmobiling. Young's Firebrick Bar & Grill is less than a 1/2 mile ride away and has excellent food and drinks. They have a full menu, not just bar food. This is truly the perfect place to stay for snowmobiling and anything else.
My family stayed here recently as a home base for snowmobiling as it is right on the trails. I can't say enough great things. The view out every window is beautiful. The rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable and they have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The breakfast is good with more options than I had expected. The owners are so friendly and helpful. And the price is so reasonable! We will be staying here again.
The people who own and operate this little inn are wonderful. The place is very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and make everyone feel at home. The Inn is located out in the country and is very quiet. It is near a golf course so out of town golfers are there. The complimentary breakfast is fruit, cereal and pastries. I will certainly return.
