To choose Camp Ven is to chose nature and to enjoy the company of each other. With us you can camp in your own tent at the edge of the beach or explore your way under the green ceiling of the trees in the delightful forest of the camp site. If you prefer the comfort of a proper bed and a solid ceiling over your head during the night, you should choose our cozy cottages and camp-rooms that are perfectly located up on the hill with an amazing view over the camp site and Oresund. Welcome to be a part of our little paradise.

We rented a cabin for 4 pax. The view was stunning, and it was just next to the forest. The mini golf is a bit worn out, but we still had good fun playing. The food in the restaurant was nice, but there is also a fully equipped. Staff is nice and attentive, a bit busy though in high season. There were water boiler and fridge in the room (toilets and showers in another building)

The island of Ven is just amazing. Much to see by bike and by foot. Spent 1 night in a tent at Camp Ven. Booked breakfast to make the stay smoother. Not a regular camper but the skills from my past came to good use. Amazing location to see sunrise and sunset. Nearby swimming spots. A tip is to book everything in advance from bikes to boat trip. Eating at camp ven is not amazing except for the breakfast with freshly baked bread, well worth the price. Would visit anytime.

Camp Ven was delightful! We stayed in a Glamping Tent in June. The main reason for picking it was that the description was clear that linens are included and I wasn't sure about the cabins. It was a Yurt with a tatami-like floor with a few rugs. There was a queen size mattress on the floor that was made up with comfy linens and enough blankets for the chilly night. It was very comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were clean. There was some noise from a group of students nearby but hey, that's camping and that's why I brought earplugs! They were also quiet by sunset, which was 2300 in June :) It was a really awesome experience to have an outside lodging experience on an island that is so idyllic and serene. We left too early for breakfast but we had dinner and it was fantastic. The cook is really nice and really knows his stuff. It is not cheap so if you want camping cheap eats, I recommend you bring supplies from the mainland although if you don't mind someone cooking for you during your glamorous camping experience, it's a wonderful place to eat! We rented bikes through Camp Ven but they're the same yellow rental bikes that are all over the island. I think next time I will rent from the place up the hill from the ferry landing so that I have the option of riding back rather than waiting for the bus (which did not run early on Swedish National Day!).

Overall it can be said that camping places in Scandinavia are no a really high level. Camp Ven also approves it. It´s very cozy place, where you have a possibility to either rent a little cabin or bring your own tent. We´ve chosen of a cabin and were super satisfied since we got a cabin with a sea view so in the evning we could enjoy dinner on a terrace with a stunning view. Toilets have been quite ok. However, on Sunday morning the quality of cleanliness went really down and we were leaving camping around 11am and no one cleaned it until then. In regards of the food, directly in a camping there is a little "restaurant" where you have a posssibility of breakfast buffet (need to order day before). I was bit dissapointed with the selection, but you can´t really expect too much when you´re on a little island like Hven. But the bread was freshly baked and you had a selection of ham, cheese, eggs, some yougurt with fruits, cornflakes and nuts so we haven´t left hungry. you can also order lunch and dinner at this place. We tried pizza and it was sooo tasty. Overall, our experience from this camping was very positive so I can only recommend it.
