It is a very nice resort in terms of landscaping, cleanliness, public buildings, amenities, etc. However, the resort is located directly next to a highway. There is no escaping the loud drone of traffic. Also, the motorhome sites are "pull in" but bizarrely, the hook-ups are in front of the site. If you don't have a very long extension cord, long water and sewer hose, or long cable wire, you might as well be boon docking. You aren't allowed to back in so you can hook up. Rude. Also strange is the dump station is directly before the entrance gate. If someone is dumping you have to wait for them to be done in order to get through the gate to get anywhere in the resort. This is so weird! Whoever designed this clearly has never been to a campground.

They require you to PULL IN to the sites instead of back in like most campgrounds. But their electric hook up is toward the back of the concrete pad, so it makes absolutely no sense to "pull in" because your cord will not reach. This is what happened to us. Their solution for that was to either make us BUY an extension cord that they charge $150 for OR refund our money and have us leave. So, we asked for a refund and left. Very strange customer service experience. Don't waste your time here unless you already have a really long electric extension cord. The weird thing is we have stayed here before and always backed in, but new management now says we have to pull in. Okay......

Clean large lots, wonderful large pool, farmers market, awesome store, friendly people and live music. Homemade cinnamon rolls on Sunday mirning. All I can say is this is one of the greatest places. Going again in 2 weeks. My only complaint the dog park is too far away.
