At our most recent stay, we were exceptionally please with our room at the Haworth Hotel. It is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and wonderful amenities. Super convenient location nestled in the heart of Holland, MI, and the Hope College campus.

Decided on a last minute trip to Holland as almost every hotel in Northern Michigan (Traverse City/Charlevoix/Petoskey) was fully booked that weekend. Haworth was the only hotel available in downtown Holland on hotels.com so we booked. On arrival at the hotel, there were no parking spaces available directly on the hotel property, so the reception staff told us to park outside the entrance. They then checked us in, and gave us a parking pass to display in the car, which was valid for a number of specific car parks surrounding the hotel. This was very easy and convenient, and we found plenty of space in a car park a 20 second walk from the hotel entrance. The room itself was extremely clean and very modern. There was a fridge, coffee maker, speaker and USB sockets in the room which was very convenient. There was also an ice bucket in the room with an ice machine on our floor. The only negative I would have to say was that there was no safe in the room, which was a bit of a surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable and the smart tv provided enabled us to log into our Netflix account rather than watch regular TV. This was a really nice touch, and something which we have only encountered once previously in a hotel in Lisbon, Portugal. The location of the hotel is spot on. It’s literally a two minute walk from the main Street with numerous bars, restaurants and breweries. All in all we had a wonderful stay at the Haworth. The staff were kind, attentive and always had a smile and a wave every time we returned from an afternoon, evening or morning out of the hotel. My only very minor criticism would be the lack of safe in the room, however, due to the exceptional quality of the hotel and perfect location, I would still happily return. Keep up the good work!

Haworth has recently remodeled and the accommodations are excellent. Furniture is very modern (Italian designed), but also functional. The bedding and pillows were amazing. The walk-in shower had Kohler fixtures. The bathroom countertop is spacious for all your toiletries. Complimentary toiletries were double the size I normally get in other hotels. Two bottles of water are provided and you could get free refills near the lobby bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I generally stay at the Marriott Courtyard, but the rooms are much nicer at the Haworth and the proximity to downtown is the same.
