Staff was super friendly and helpful. Upon exiting the elevator to our floor, the aroma of cleaning products filled the air, in a good way! The room was gorgeous with super high ceilings, open shower and separate bathroom. The shower head was the best, my boyfriend wanted to take 30 showers. LOL. We booked for 3 days during the Labor day weekend. Unfortunately there still is not breakfast served, the staff will make you a great cup of coffee to start your day! I would recommend this to anyone and I will be back!

The contemporary design of the rooms fail. Strange sliding panels close off the bath area resulting in reduced privacy and a fairly loud bathroom. No carpet, concrete ceiling and very difficult to get the curtain panels to block window light. Their "green" policy results in poor shower water pressure and an almost unusable sink flow.

The hotel is so grand and looks regal. The rooms are well decorated and spacious. We stayed here after visiting a friend who lives in Holland. The hotel was recommended by her. We ordered room service and had the food served within 25 mins.

I was really excited to book this hotel for a few days in Holland for our anniversary. With that said, I was really disappointed with our stay. Hotel had NOTHING open (no coffee, convenience items, bar etc.) even though when I booked the room they indicated they would be open AND everything else was open in Holland. The flooring around our room in the hall was very dirty with paper scraps, looks like it had not been vacuumed. It stayed this way for the 24 hours we were at the hotel. The hotel bed was exceptionally soft, only provided 2 bath towels were provided, no pressure in the shower and the a/c blew all night over us while we slept and was very noisy. The room was very high ceilinged and modern, its only plus. No outdoor seating or any lounge area at all. Really, really bummed. We stayed another night at the Courtyard just 2 blocks over and it was so much nicer. Would highly recommend over City Flats.

Wanting to spend a night in downtown Holland with our usual Holland hotel closed for renovations, we reserved a night at CityFlats. We may have found ourselves a new home in Holland. Not a flashy property by any means, CityFlats is an attractive property with comfortable & uniquely designed rooms. The dining options are fairly priced and don't miss the daily happy hour at the hotel bar. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Well located within steps of downtown Holland shops and dining establishments.
