I stayed here with my hubby. Double bedroom, we regretted this as the bed was so small and uncomfortable. The shower was fixed in such a way that the hot nob had cold water flowing and vice versa. The water from the shower flows to the room. On one positive, they served a very delicious sausage for breakfast....

The atmosphere at the hotel appears quite unfriendly with tension. Most staffs also appears unhappy. Cause of the unhappiness is unknown. The hotel is strategically located. Pool was great. Free dinner.

June 2019 stayed in Room 104. There was a large patch on the floor of the shower which had a split in it. When I stepped on it, it felt like there was a large hole under the patch, so I couldn't stand in center of the shower. There was no cover on the light in the shower which is a hazard. The pocket door in the bathroom was filthy. There were dead bugs in the light fixture above the sink. Baseboards in the bathroom are were dirty. The dresser with the microwave and refrigerator were very worn. There was a red/purple stain on the curtains. Mirror in bathroom was not cleaned. TV remote did not work to adjust volume or turn tv off and on. Hot tub was closed for some type of repair. The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast did not offer many choices. For the price I could have stayed somewhere nicer.

We stayed at this location this past weekend for a volleyball tournament. The room was very overpriced for the condition. It was a busy weekend, but the condition of the room was very poor. There was clear water damage in the corner of the room as it had been patched and the decorations were still damaged. The musty smell in the room was overpowering making it difficult to sleep and giving my whole family a headache. I brought this to the attention of the front desk manager and he didn't seem to care too much. Didn't offer any alternatives or even an apology. The carpet was old and torn as was the upholstery on the sofa. The room was a jacuzzi suite, however the jacuzzi didn't actually work and when bringing that to Daniel's attention, again, he didn't seem to care too much. Could only say that the maintenance man wasn't available until Monday. No apology. Only indifference. Also, we had a pullout sofa and there were no blankets or sheets in the room as usually is the case. When we went to the front desk to ask about a blanket they said they couldn't access them as they were in a locked 3rd floor closet and didn't have the key. Thankfully, they were able to give me a sheet. I've stayed at many hotels and am not a hotel snob by any means, but I would not return to this Sleep Inn location. The quality just did not meet the cost of the room.
