Just terrible. Hotel is filthy and reeks of Febreze trying to cover up lord knows what. Night manager Raymond does not belong in the hospitality industry and his disrespectful hot-tempered attitude ruined what would’ve been a nice weekend away. Completely unacceptable guest service. For just a few bucks more, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Aurora915, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. This certainly is not the experience we hope for our guests to have. Thank you for your feedback, and safe travels!

This hotel was not clean. A pervasive smell throughout that got only worse once you got to your room. Mold growing in the shower. A hostile assistant manager named Raymond topped off this miserable experience. Fortunately was able to secure much nicer accommodations at a newer hotel with a better location and a staff that actually belongs in the hospitality industry. Oh, and it was less expensive and included breakfast.

Hi DO1115, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We constantly strive to provide the highest quality of service and I'm saddened to hear the lapses that made a negative impact on your experience. I'm sorry to learn that the upkeep of the room and shower is a letdown. It's with dismay to know the unpleasant smell that caused discomfort during your visit. I'm also concerned about the level of service taken to address this. What you describe is certainly not the experience we want you to remember us. I shared this with our hotel management and I trust their capability to make things right so we can serve you better in the future. I also sent you a private message to discuss this further. We hope you'll give us another chance to host your stay again and we'll do our best to make your next visit as seamless as possible it can be. Kind regards, Jomar M. Case Manager IHGService

The room was nice and the staff was pleasant. The beds were a little too firm for my taste. I was not happy with the kids running up and down the hall at 4am. The hotel did offer sleep masks and ear plugs though...I was just afraid I would miss my training if i couldn't hear my alarm.

My family stayed here for a tournament. The stay was great. tThe pool is a nice size, not huge, but good enough. One of the best things is they allow dogs to stay here, plus the parking is free. A huge bonus for hotels that are in downtown locations. We are even planning to stay here for an upcoming Tournament in August 2019.

I stayed over a week for a professional conference. Found the entire hotel to be clean, quiet, and check-in/out one of the easiest I've experienced. Great location if you want to be close to downtown but not in the center of the city. I also loved that I got a recycling bin!
