My friends and I stay at this lovely, grand hotel and it couldn’t have been more comfortable. The bed provided a perfect night sleep and the amenities were bountiful. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Had a very nice time at the Amway Grand Plaza this hotel is not only beautiful but has a lot to offer. Hotel: The decor of this place was really something, artwork on the walls, the lobby level is incredibly vast with a fancy feel with nice furniture, restaurant by Wolf Gang Puck, Boutiques, large chandeliers, grandfather Clocks and many places to lounge i give the look ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As well as a nice pool, Gym, bathrooms, Spas all very clean Guest Room: Huge windows with an amazing view of the blue bridge, beautiful bathroom with stand up shower, mirrors all the amenities, Queens Size bed were comfy minus the pillows, TV, refrigerator, and the room service was awesome we ordered breakfast and to my surprise they wheeled in an entire table placed right by the window, the server Kendra who brought it up was so nice and accommodating, the breakfast was a bit pricey $$$ but wasn’t small and was tasty so i was not disappointed. Staff: Besides two staff members a lady at the front desk (night)and a guy in charge of the gym pool area (early morning) who were not friendly and short with questions and help, the rest of the members i spoke to and met were very helpful and friendly.. Area: Downtown Grand Rapids next to everything museums, restaurants, Rosa Parks ice skating rink, blue bridge, all within walking distance, which is always nice, Very clean and safe. Had a nice time and would def revisit thank you to all the staff that were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Difficult to comment on most aspects because it was a ghost town during the pandemic and just about everything is closed or being renovated. The Tower Wing is closed for remodeling. The parking garage is closed (had to use Marriott’s down the street for $32). Shops on main level were closed. Lobby fountain being renovated. Small guest elevators are limited to two people at a time. The Hilton Digital Key is worthless as it doesn’t work in the elevators where there is no Wifi coverage because you need a key to get to the guest floors. Very nice, crisp, clean rooms. Old World elegance in all public areas. Great hotel, just wish we could have seen in “normal times”.
