My husband, daughter and I traveled across the state for the birth of our granddaughter. On arrival at the hospital at 6am we found our son and wife were being sent home to labor there. Subsequently we found ourselves exhausted with no where to go. We called three hotels and were told either they had no openings until after 3pm...

Stayed here the night before our early am flight. Very close to the airport. Got to our room and it was stinky/smoky smell. Figured out it was from the smokers standing outside the door, which was under our 3rd floor window. Called the front desk and requested a new room. No problem. Got a new room no problem. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and provides a shuttle service 6 am to midnight. We checked in at 11:30 PM and found that I had made a mistake ordering a king bed room when we needed two queens. That was quickly handled by the night clerk and we were settled in our new room.

The check in process was quick and painless. I booked online, and the young man at the front desk was helpful and deliberate in his process. The elevator is on the opposite side of the hotel from the front desk which is unique, so if walking is a struggle that would be dissatisfactory. Our room was clean and the bed...

The hotel is not visible off 28th street, it is behind some stores there are no signs on the main road so you have to watch the address numbers when driving. Very nice rooms, long hallway and elevator is located in the rear of the building.

the bathroom ceiling was coming down in the corners, tile was lose air conditioner leaked water on the floor , which is sad because i always have a good experience with Wyndham hotels over all across the USA
