Staying at The Inn at Lake & Randolph was truly one of the best B&B experiences we've ever had! Taylor does a wonderful job maintaining this beautiful home and cooks the most AMAZING breakfasts! We selected Grand Marais and The Inn for its proximity to the beach and Pictured Rocks and it could not have been better! We were even blessed with an unbelievable display of the Northern Lights! If you're looking for clean, quiet and comfortable with awesome food and hospitality...don't hesitate to stay here!

Perfect location and wonderful venue for our group's reunion. Great breakfasts, early morning coffee, easy walks to spectacular sunsets and access to national and state parks. Taylor is a remarkable innkeeper who has created and maintained a beautiful B&B with comfortable rooms and spacious common areas and two outdoor seating areas. Really the best B&B in our experience.

The Inn at Lake and Randolph is a charming B&B. It is walking distance to the beach and sunrise could be seen out our room window. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfasts were delicious and early morning coffee was available. Taylor was lovely and offered many great suggestions for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. We are looking forward to returning to this gem.

This home was beautiful, inside and out! Taylor was a wonderful hostess! She made delicious breakfasts and gave us great suggestions on things to do/see in the area. The home is in a great location within walking distance from restaurants and the beach. The sunroom was such a nice place to relax in the evenings. We highly recommend this home!

We spent 2 fabulous nights at The Inn at Lake & Randolph in Grand Marais, Michigan, in July 2020. The inn is impeccably maintained and decorated beautifully - classically modern. It stands out, head and shoulders above other local accommodations, in a very small town in a very rural setting. Our room (the Sunroom Suite) was lovely and we really enjoyed having our own private sunporch. Taylor, the innkeeper, is a delightful woman and she was able to give us some great suggestions and answer all of our questions. She prepares delicious breakfasts and makes a mean cup of coffee! Last but not least, the inn served as a terrific base for exploring the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore where we enjoyed multiple hikes and beaches. Of the 7 nights we were in the Upper Peninsula, our 2 nights at The Inn at Lake & Randolph were highlights!

Stayed in the Lake Street Suite with en-suite bathroom complete with steam shower and whirlpool tub, newly renovated. Had a meditation loft but really, it was a beautiful area to see the bay and read a book. The host is very nice, making breakfasts (to go due to Covid right now.) Has an outside deck and inside lounge with Roku TV for guests to use. Loved walking downtown for dinner, brewery and ice cream. Had a great day of hiking waterfalls and beaches all within 30 minutes of the Inn. Also spent a half day fishing on Lake Superior with Rainbow Charters and caught our limit of large lake trout, think 2-3 feet size fish!. Can also walk to Lake Superior with beach chairs she has to share for a picture perfect sunset. I am SO glad we decided to stay in Grand Marais instead of busy Munising, though we went there for a day trip an hour away and rented a pontoon to see the Pictured Rocks, great day too. I am a bit picky on lodging. This was really NICE, and a great place to get away from it all for a couple of days in quiet, little, beautiful Grand Marais.

The Inn is a shining star in this community, our stay here was amazing. The house is well designed, clean, and with great views of the city and bay. From the beginning, we felt at home. The food was outstanding, everyone we met was friendly. Next time we are in the area, hope to again stay here.
