I see this won't be the first review about noise while staying here. One would think they would maybe keep earplugs in the rooms for guests because they are right next to the train tracks and highway. I could hear everything through those walls. Sad to say, they probably could do a better job of assigning rooms to guests based off of rooms booked for the night. There was one other car in the parking lot, but yet my room was on the highway side. Why not put me away from the highway noise to avoid this?
Nicely decorated and clean. Comfortable beds. Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker all worked well. Nice TV with Direct TV, WiFi. A short drive to many dining options and near a park along the water. Would return.
The staff was really nice. The room was pretty clean. But if you are a light sleeper I would stay away from this property. There are train tracks right across from the property and I guess they don't have like a quiet time when horns should not be sounded. So every so often I would get woken up in middle of the night because of the trains. The walls seem to be very thin too because you could hear everyones conversation and babies crying. The beds didn't seem very comfortable neither.
No frills motel, but comfortable with staff who care. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and up-to-date. The price was about 25% lower than comparable properties and better (I started my trip in a Travelodge seven miles away that was far worse than this property). The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a good nights sleep.
We had a view of the lake not a perfect one but we can see it out the window. If all the other Adoba hotels are the same as this one I'd highly recommend them. Clean, beautiful, spacious, offers military discount (score for us), reasonably priced and friendly staff ( kid not included we brought him lol)
