This place is absolutely lovely! We had a wonderful stay, however, the hostess does not (or no longer) cooks breakfast. At lease not for us. Just wanted to mention that since it's advertised as a B&B. Thankfully there are breakfast options within walking distance. Overall a lovely place with an equally lovely hostess.

We stayed here for our 27th wedding anniversary. Leigh, the owner and caretaker was wonderful. Nice room, nice breakfast, and great conversations. I highly recommend d this place as an enjoyable get-a-way in a great part of Michigan.

Recently stayed while doing business in the area. This will be our home whenever we are in the area. Great view, great location, very well looked after. A home away from home. Leigh is such a delight to talk with. The location is within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants.

We went looking for a new city to visit and experience for our final summer trip. We discovered this nice B&B in East Tawas which was perfect for us. The owner, Leigh, of this well kept property was very hospitable upon our arrival. She was flexible with our checkin and checkout which allowed us to enjoy her place and the city even longer without strict timelines. The rooms are nicely decorated and super clean. Bed and linens are comfortable. The home is located walking distance to the downtown and pier which is where we spent most our time. Leigh even made a yummy cake which was a nice treat when we returned from the evening. We want to thank her for such a nice stay at her home and will return when we come back to the area. Beautiful and cozy with a great location. The place was decorated in Victorian style throughout with attention to detail. Leigh, the owner is a real gem. She made us miss our grandmothers as she is a delight to talk to with information on just about everything. She made a delicious breakfast with a smile on her face the entire time. She loves what she does and it shows. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this charming Victorian style home bed & breakfast. Leigh was a delightful host and served a delicious breakfast. The room was spacious & clean, a very short walk to town or stroll to the beach. A very beautiful home away from home.

The hostess is incredibly welcoming! You feel she has a real interest in your well being. The porch is a great place to sit and read. Nearby Tawas State park is one of the few parks where you can see both sunsets and sunrises.Very delicious breakfast!

We stayed in the garden room. The bed is comfy, there’s plenty of room, and it even has its own little walk-in closet. Clean and efficient. Breakfasts on the porch were lovely... Leigh served quiche with ham and fruit one morning, and stuffed French toast, eggs and bacon and fruit on another. The coffee kept coming. The inn is comfortable with lots of sitting areas to relax in, and Leigh is most welcoming. It’s a short walk into town.

Wonderful romantic stay in East Tawas-delicious breakfast with blueberry french toast and ham with a view of Lake Huron beach across the street. Cake with raspberry sauce the night before. Beautiful king size room with view of lake and private bathroom. A real train crosses in front of the property that I want to bring my grandson back to see and hear. Also the fine arts festival and wine festival the same weekend. Hostess was charming and recommended several restaurants and the nearby lighthouse. Lovely weekend! Can't wait to go back.
