Diamond member feedback. The amount of disrespect I have faced dealing with the staff in this hotel is beyond words. Untrained staff and very poor management. Starting with the self proclaimed "General Manager" Jassiah, the front desk staff Duwain, Supervisor Sam. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay at this hotel. I was asked by Jassiah the GM why I continue to stay at this hotel after my 1st visit and as I told him it's because I was promised a better stay and that the issue experienced the 1st time would be addressed only to be faced with a worst experience. So in addition to the two awful experiences by this inexperienced hotel staff, I was also lied to. Please don't stay here. But more importantly, this hotel should not and does not deserve to be part of the Hilton family.

The best place to spend a mini vacation with my family. The room were super clean super friendly staff the manager was really nice. Will sure be back to this hotel. The breakfast box to go was really nice to have specially for the kids.

Long story short, Delta messed up and we missed our connecting flight. Ali at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Detroit-Dearborn was about as professional as could be. He was patient as there were about 50 people checking into the hotel at the same time. He was curious when we had 100 questions for him and he was giving when he realized we didn't have our toothpaste or toothbrushes. I can't speak any higher of Ali and the team there!

The management staff here is atrocious! I am a Diamond member and I expect to be treated like one. Upon check-in they would not upgrade me because I was staying for more than 1 night.... okay?? I'm paying full-price....whatever. This isn't even what bothers me the most. The concierge at the front desk was just clearly doing her job told by her boss. I found bed bugs in my room and they did nothing but move me to another room. I asked to somehow be compensated and the manager (I believe his name started with an M) said "No, we cannot do that." You can't even say why you can't?!?!!? You can't do the bare minimum to at least offer me a free meal or movie in my room? COME ON!!!!!! I'm sure you get guests who often say false things to get compensated, but I actually went out of my way to capture the bug and show it to the concierge. Quite alarming if you ask me. I stay here for work on occasion and I will NEVER EVER EVER be coming back, and I will be sure to tell ALL of my colleagues about this dreadful, repulsive experience. I spoke to a few other people, and it seems like this location has had issues with bed bugs in the past, and they are "not-so-great" at compensating guests. So gross!!!!!!! The staff at the front desk, aside from Rylin and Daniela, doesn't seem to know what they're doing either! It's like all of the staff is brand new and in training aside from kitchen/bar staff. The only decent thing about this hotel is the food. The blackened chicken pasta is splendid, aside from that, I will never stay here again. Learn to treat your guests like family the way Hilton properties should! Get a new flippin manager!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
