We stayed two nights at Westin DTW on our way back from Cancun. It wasn't a planned visit but rather a necessity due to cancelled flights to New England. The staff, from the front desk clerks to housekeeping, bartender & waitress, all showed outstanding hospitality and sympathy toward our situation. Our room and the property itself were spotlessly clean and...

We have stayed here several times taking advantage of their Park, Sleep, Fly package. While more expensive than similar packages at other nearby hotels, you have the advantage of being on-site at the airport rather than having to take a shuttle. The package includes 10 nights of valet parking in the main garage attached to the airport which normally costs...

This is a full scale Westin located in the Delta Terminal of DTW airport. It has a decent workout room, a nice lobby/hotel restaurant, and a good club suite. On top of that, it has a private security entrance to the airport. I thought it was great and super convenient, and undoubtedly would stay here first for a quick trip...

We always stay at the Westin the night before we are traveling on Delta ....and sometimes just because. The hotel is beautiful and the heavenly beds are to die for. The valet service is prompt and always professional. It makes boarding so much easier as they have their own security checkpoint right off of the lobby, you just have to...

As others have noted, the hotel is connected to the main Delta terminal at DTW. With a dedicated security line just off of the lobby and flight check-in kiosks just next to the reception area, it is very fast to be from your room to your gate (provided you don't have to check any luggage). Stayed one evening here prior...

I have stayed at the Detroit Metro Airport hotel several times while traveling for work. This hotel is extremely convenient as it's located in the Delta Terminal of Detroit Airport. The hotel has a Westin guests only security line which makes checking out/flying insanely easy, they even have delta boarding pass kiosks right in their lobby. In addition to the...

We stayed at the Westin Detroit Metro Airport on the night before flying to Miami. We took advantage of the AAA/CAA park and fly package, which included 10 nights of valet parking. For the regular valet parking price, the room was basically free. We also got a connecting room for our girls at a very very good price. Not sure...

We were standed at the Detroit Airport and forced to stay. It was a Saturday Night and they don't have much going on the weekend. They said they "cater to the Monday through Friday business crowd". We stayed in a nice one bedroom suite. It was clean and quiet. Very convenient for Delta travelers.

I have been staying here for many years. The front desk staff is well trained. Room service is spotty and while advertised as 24 hour (which any decent airport hotel must have) I have had to convince then to serve a meal. Do I care that the staff went home? The service in the restaurant is deplorable with an "I...

Having been sent to a corporate business conference, I found the Westin at Detroit Metro Airport to be a surprisingly nice venue for our conference. The hotel is actually attached to a terminal at the airport, but I wasn't disturbed by the airport sounds or traffic at all during my stay. The hotel is very modern and setup for business...
