Very nice clean ,friendly, no frills hotel. Location is OK. A little off the beaten path and not many places to eat right nearby. You have to pay about $50.00 for an airport taxi. I think a very nice hotel for a reasonable price.

The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are clean, the price is ok. The best thing about the hotel is the location. There are several breweries right around the corner, as well as some nice small restaurants, plus the hotel is just a 10 mins walk from city center. But there are 2 negative things about it. First of all,...

Hello Timo, You're right, it's impossible to beat our location in the heart of Detroit! We love sharing our neighborhood with guests and are thrilled that you enjoyed the local breweries and restaurants just steps from our doors. Detroit is such a great place and this hotel was very down to earth, approachable and friendly... The location overall is a little further out, but we felt safe. The hotel was very clean and very smart with an industrial repurposed design flair. Store snack and drinks were cheap... no $5 cokes here! They are growing and adding a restaurant!!...

Checked in @ 3:30pm. Was told room wasn't ready as they only had 2 cleaners. Asked us to come back 30 mins later. We did and we're told that it still wasn't ready and wouldn't be for at least another hour. We asked if we could just check in but not go to our room as we were in town...

We stayed here for a trip to see an NFL game. It's close to ford field and close to a lot of different places in Detroit. The location seemed good, but not right in the action of Detroit. The hotel was still being renovated but everything looked very clean and put together. The look of the hotel was very modern...

I live in Detroit and have friends and colleagues that stay here throughout the year, a nice reasonable updated, modern hotel would have been a nice addition. Maybe I'll give them a second chance when the remodeling finishes but until then you're better off with an air bnb in this Corktown neighborhood. First, and most likely last time, I'll ever...

I stayed here with friends during Santarchy. It was located perfectly near all the action and great restaurants/bars in cork town. Love the décor and staff. Cute coffee café for in the morning. Gated parking and affordable. I will only stay here from now on when I'm downtown.

The hotel felt very cool urban hipster. The staff was extremely nice and professional. The rooms we very clean (I love hard surface floors, seems so much more clean) and well decorated - though minimalist. There was a small bar and restaurant in the lobby, as well as a 24-7 store for amenities. Beds were very comfortable.
