Great location. Friendly staff. Only complaint was having to pay for drinks while actively playing black Jack. That may be a Michigan thing though so the casino may not be at fault. All in all, a great place with perfect location in a safe and fun area of downtown Detroit.
I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Jane front desk staff, on the outstanding customer service she provided to us Thursdays through Saturday. As soon as we approached the front desk, Jane was courteous, welcoming, like a host receiving her favorite guests, respectively, she gave us security with checking and acomodating, offering us a beautiful room easy checking number of options that would work our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure that our desires were met-calling on staff to take extra linens if we want use the bed bank for my child. She was helpful with giving us every subway information, she knows everything, we felt that she really knew what we needed before we ask her. Amazing I am truly appreciative of the exemplary service that she provided and I wanted to be sure her managers were aware of the outstanding job she's doing. Thanks Jane for all your help and your warm and amazing stay we had! I really don't how to explain Mrs. Jane, we just learned how is important to become like her, professional but human, loving, caring, respectful, knowledgeable. We will be back, thank you Mrs. Jane.…

Slots hit pretty often, many of my favorite games, comfortable seats. Pleasant staff. Definitely be back soon. Midnight to morning is my favorite time to play. Easy access to slots, seem to pay out better. Great get-away. ❤️
Clean casino with all the gaming options available. Friendly staff. Security at all entrances. I was hesitant to go downtown but the casino exceeded my expectations. It is the casino closest to my home so travel time on the expressway was a snap!
I stayed 2 nights at greektown casino and the 2nd night I had an issue with my room we could not get in when they called the manager Rhea took care of us. She was amazing. We felt really taking care of we felt she really cared about our stay and about us being happy she went above and beyond what was needed and we left this morning just incredibly happy another call to her to thank her let us hear again how she cared about I was having a good day and I cannot speak highly enough about her thank you again Rhea you made our stay wonderful.
I had a miserable time trying to park this weekend Saturday night as a would-be gambling patron at the casino. They closed the free casino parking garage, with the most vague description on the website to park at "508 Macomb." No instructions whether to valet, or for what MyChoice card tier is eligible. On the phone, the hotel front desk lady told me they are valeting everyone at the hotel front entrance, which was a lie. The lady guarding the 508 Macomb garage told me it was for VIP cards only, giving me no alternatives as to where I can park for free to get into the casino. I've gotten better customer service at the DMV. The valet guy with the big mustache was unacceptably rude. I told him the lady at the front garage won't let me in because I'm not a VIP and then I asked where am I supposed to park? He literally said "Well, it looks like you have nowhere to park." I'm not going to be $20 in the hole parking in a private lot before I even walk in to gamble, sorry! Not worth it. As I was driving away to another casino, the whole Greektown bar/restaurant area was littered with sketchy people smoking weed and blocking your car. The message to me from this experience was that the riff-raff whom you might catch a stray bullet from are welcome, and gambling paying customers are not. Not only this, but when they changed over the free parking garage a few weeks ago to be guarded, the mailer they sent out didn't explain clearly how it works, it was so worded vaguely it made it seem like you had to pay to get out. The website URL for "more information" was broken and didn't exist. If Penn National wonders why their casino lags as the least profitable casino in the area, things like this are why. I'm in my 30s, if this was a pain for me, you can probably imagine how all the older people who dump their social security checks into the machines would feel about it. I usually visit 2 casinos when I come down to the area, MGM and GT were my two stops. I usually skip MotorCity because it was dumpy in the past. I gave MC another chance and I was pleased with how they cleaned it up. They will be my #2 from now on and I will skip Greektown.…
A nice night out to our favorite Detroit area casino. The machines are always being cleaned along with the chairs. The convenience of ordering drinks from your machine is a very nice option. plenty of good food choices.
From the Hotel to the Restaurants to the VIP Hosts you will find nothing but the BEST! I absolutely love the way the staff makes you feel welcome - at home! The Rooms are beautiful but the Pillows are truly made to Dream On! Love it!
Hate that now, at age 55, on Wednesdays, you have to earn, in order to get a gift card from 4a - 6p. I get off work at 5pm Monday - Friday, I don't get to casino in enough time to even gamble to gain enough points to receive a gift card. Not fair, at all. Especially, if I've waited til my age, and now the changes start coming. Only enjoyed it possibly 1 year, because of Covid and your casino changes.
