Our last stop before leaving the Upper Peninsula and heading home. What a great campground! Big Manistique Lake was beautiful, and a short walk from our campsite. The deluxe sites have cement pads, P/T, and full service, making set-up a breeze! Great shade and wide sites. Owner is very friendly, and happy to help with anything you need. Great areas... More

We stayed in the dark, damp RV site #52. When we arrived, there was no one there. The site we were booked on, was occupied. We had no clue what to do, so we just waited for someone to show up to assist us. This resort advertises "free wifi", I guess it's free, because there isn't any. Log cabin resort... More

We stayed Labor Day weekend we drove 7 hours arrived about 8pm all we had to do was get our paperwork out of the mailbox and go and set up. We stayed on site 39 it was right by the park, office, shower house, and just up the hill from the beach and it had a great view of the... More

We were so excited to get a night away, we arrived at 3:30 on a Saturday (check in is 3) and no one was around. We called repeatedly and left messages no answer. Finally an hour later someone showed up, with no apologies. Beach was small, cabin was rundown. Stayed in the cypress cabin which was cute but not well... More

Stayed in the Spruce home expecting to accommodate 7 people. There was extensive water damage in basement-- the odor and must and mold was so bad it was unfit to use. We were stuck with 1 bedroom upstairs. Spent all week changing dehumidifier as it was filling up many times a day. owner seemed unaware of problem when we brought... More

We were here for part of the last week of July and part of the first week of August. We loved this campground. We were on site 53. It was a pull through site with full hookups. It was very quiet except for some large barky dogs that were there for 3 nights. Our area had nice large sites but... More

We had booked 3 nights here and only ended up staying 2. Decent place if you don't need much. Bathrooms were dirty, rarely had hand soap and wet slippery floors. Beach area was very small. Campground was quiet. Did not look in cabins but they looked run down. Good location if you are venturing out to multiple locations.

We stayed at Log Cabin Resort & Campground for 8 days. The site and amenities were exactly as we expected. Manistique Lake is a perfect setting for relaxing. We did have to run out and buy a longer TV cable cord, but that was our bad, not theirs. The sites with full water, sewer, and electric were larger than most... More

I stayed here twice in three weeks. We had a nice campsite both times. The bathrooms need to be remodeled but still okay. The beach area needs some TLC. Lisa the owner was very nice on the phone. Mike the owner didn't seem very happy to be there. Bill the assistant mgr. was super nice and very helpful. Good thing... More

Log cabin Rv park is a nice well maintained campground. It has a beautiful setting and on lake Manistque. People are friendly, drop off your firewood you have purchased. Curb side trash pick up. Nice playground for kids. I can't comment on bathrooms, but hubby said very clean, or the rental cabins. We love 4th of July in Curtis. Nice... More
