We stayed in the campground part. The spaces were wide with no issues. Walking to the center of town took 5 minutes. We enjoyed the quiet, easy to use laundry with lots of places to walk to. We hit the weekend that had the chili/cornbread/pie cook off in the 3rd week end of Sept. Actually the wildberry pie competition was...

I had a great experience here. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Beds were a little hard. Furniture was a little worn. No problems with management what so ever. Didn't try wifi. It was everything I expected and more.

My wife and I are presently staying in the campground of the Lake Fanny Hooe Resort and we've been here for two nights thus far. We were initially only going to stay for these two nights but we've been enjoying ourselves so much that we've extended for another two days. Bill, the gentleman working the office, has been a pleasure...

Was the best experience ever! Nice quiet place to get away from the hustle of life. Great clean cabins right next to the lake and only a couple blocks walking distance to Lake Superior! All around great place to stay. Already planning trip for next year!

We recently had a family reunion here. Three families took the cabins and two families had rooms in the hotel. We stayed in the hotel. In all we had a great time. All the rooms overlook the beautiful lake. We had breakfast every morning out on the porch looking out on the lake. The room was nice and basic. With...

Recent stay at campground was very good. Grounds very well groomed and the cleanest restrooms I 've encounter at a campground. Small hotel and two or three cabins on grounds also. All seemed to be very well maintained. People in office very friendly and helpful. Campground Accommodates all sizes of units. Campfire rings at each site and picnic table at...

This charming little spot is like a time warp back to the 70's. The girl at the check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with a two burner cooktop and mini fridge. The rooms have a small balcony that look over Fanny Hooe Lake. There are laundry facilities here, which was great as we were on our...

The good: It's clean and well maintained. The club house is clean has an arcade but no tv? and the showers are spotless. Has onsite laundry facilities a dump station for rvs. They sell firewood, ice, propane, and other odds and ends at the front desk. They have a change machine and sell laundry detergent, softners, and dryer sheets (a...

Best place to camp in Copper Harbor! We read some of the previous reviews and were a little discouraged, but we knew we didn't want to camp at a loud and rambunctious state park so we decided to give Fanny Hooe a try anyways and we are so glad we did! We came up for my birthday early June and...
